Upon renting, learned the security keypad didn't recognize the unit's door was closed, which caused worry whether the alarm system even worked in the event of a break-in. Staff there then reassured me they would fix and notify me once repaired. Four days later - still no call, so I called to check. The clerk who answered (miryan?) mumbled her name, and said Regan wasn't in yet - and Eric was outside installing a hitch. She was less than interested in even taking down my number to have them call me - instead urging me to "just call back later" and "I'm too busy with other customers." This reflects poorly and fails to instill confidence in U-Haul's customer service ethos. Not a pleasant or reassuring start with this storage operation.

Some of the employees were obviously new, undertrained but overall pleasant to work with. Very secure facilities and management was proactive to assure my confidence in their team. Parking and maneuvering through the property is a hassle but the location is convenient.
