After a Chicago blizzard and the trucks were snowed in
the gentlemen at U Haul went to great lengths to tow a truck out of the deep snow, clean it off and send me on my way. My heart felt thanks to this group of great individuals.

The tires were awful for the snowy conditions, I got stuck 5 times. Because I was trying to get my Uhaul unstuck... They charged me extra for the millage when I went but less than miles.

I feel unsatisfied with the service I received when I returned the truck. The personnel explained that I would be charged an extra $6 for mileage which I understood and have no problem with. However, when I looked at my receipt, I was charged an extra $40 for an extra day. I only had the truck for one day and think this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.

This location over-charged us with 100 miles. It was only a 14 mile trip. They should pay more attention to detail to avoid the customer call and complain. They fixed the problem but now I have to wait for the refund. The rest of the experience with them was satisfactory.
