No problems at all I should have asked for approximate mpg of truck so I could have figure out cost of gas 7.6 gallons for 80 miles $30

Renting the i hail was straight forward and perfect in that aspect, but the vehicle itself was a total lemon. It was raining and the roof leaked. The truck died three time and would barely start. In all it felt unsafe

I rent uhauls all the time. This is the first time my experience was not good. Due to truck not running correctly and no gas, I had to put a bunch of extra miles on it to make it safely home. Not ok. It was hours wasted due to traffic and avoiding hills for fear it would roll backwards. I had to clean someone else s mess out of the truck, not cool either. At the Hemet office, the Mgr was dry and seemed to not like working there. A smile is worth a thousand words.. She wasn't rude and was helpful. Just put a smile on your face and act like you love your job. :)

I rented a tow dolly. The strap was completely stuck when trying to unload my vehicle. I called roadside assistance and they would not send someone to help, they said I would have to drive to another u-haul location in order to get some assistance. Poor service at the store as well.

Promised to have a dolly cart free when I booked the truck. But she demand a $10.- fee when I picked up the van.

I made my reservation online and planned on paying cash fir the rental, however when I arrived to ickup the trailer I was told I had to pay an additional 60.00 to use cash and I had to have the card holder with me in order to use the credit card used to make the reservation. that was not explained to me on the website and made the rental difficult, the trailer itself was dirty on the inside and we had to have an employee come clean it out as well as there was damage to the inside of the trailer. Overall this was a very difficult rental.

The tow-dolly had a ramp come down during my trip & was dragging on the highway. Being a mechanic, I had to make the repairs myself along side a freeway. Very dangerous.

I like this location and have used it a few times now. It's clean, well organized, and always has the truck I need.

The truck was difficult to start andthe motor ran badly. Not much power to the motor. Also the clerk was rude and tried to charge me extra deposit when I needed to keep the truck another day. But that got straightened out.

After all the problems we had with uhaul switching the location and asking us to pick up the trailer first, then uhaul switching back to the original location we wanted. The location was amazing and have been so helpful. When he went to pick up the truck and trailer, the bill was $2000 and online it said the bill would be $1750. Then to make matters worse on our trip our air conditioning went out. Not sure if you have ever driven in Texas in without air conditioning it was not fun, also my daugther gets migraines and has a doctors order stating that she needs to be in air conditioning to prevent migraines. So needless to say I am not happy with uhaul.

I thought almost $600.00 for two days rental was unacceptable, plus another $125 for the Tow Trailer .

The manager Debbie was rude and treated us like criminals. The credit card declined and i guess it automatically got erased from the system. We werent able to go down to the location for a couple days on account of us moving but we kept in constant communication with Debbie however her attitude and demeanor towards us was belittling and RUDe. I guess since she is the manager she as authority syndrome. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS or for uhuals representation

Started out real bad, truck we had confirmation for was not returned to the Hemet facility, so we had to go to Lake Elsinore to pick up 2 trucks to service our needs. Debi and your Hemet Facility went beyond the call and got us on the road, you have a great person there..

Don't force your customers to have the dolly on the truck. We know if we need it plus it takes up space. Your full truck was not full of gas. I don't believe it only gets 4 miles to a gallon. I ended up gifting you gas.
