These people at this location should not work in retail where customer service is priority. I understand that it is closing time, but giving attitudes to customers and having a grumpy face will deter people from this horrendous place. The old man, don't know his name, working on 3/23/15 at closing time outside with long hair, was the worst person ever. He needs training in customer service if this company still wants to keep loyal customers. Geoffrey was the only person kind enough to assist me. Not only was he kind and patient, he resolved the issue. Thanks.

one suggestion. The set up, process, and service was excellent! Would have like a place to safely park my car while I had the truck though, please consider a small parking lot for employees and customers. Thank you!

Very good customer service and the Manager is outstanding. In my opinion she was very fair with an irate customer who was in shock that she could not rent them a truck when they didn't have a drivers license. How stupid can some people be?

What a nightmare!!! First of all Steve DID NOT rent the truck I DID! I PAID, it was supposed to be in my name & for you to hassle my MOVER for his credit card is absolutely ridiculous! I reserved a truck for the MORNING, when I get confirmation it says pick-up 2:30! Really!! I had a whole crew of guys ready to move in the MORNING! Then, I was told that the location opened at 7:00am & my mover gets there & it doesn't open until 9:00!!! I'm supposed to pay a guy to sit around for 2 HOURS waiting (and it wouldn't have been ready until 2:30 anyway, but that's NOT what I was told on the phone when I made the reservation!). Then, I call traffic & I'm told that there's another truck, at another location, SMALLER, which means I can't complete my move in one trip. The person did make accommodations for additional mileage, but because of the snafu I had to pay my movers DOUBLE. I am NOT happy!

Nothing! This was my first time using a rental truck and I called many times, usually to change pick up times or drop-off locations or ask questions. Staff was endlessly patient with me- next time I should not be so needy cause I learned so much about moving. Thanks!

When a customer rents a truck but only uses it for do days and paid for it out of their own money they should receive a refund for the time they did not use. Because if a customer uses it for 2 days and needs a third they pay for the extra day. in my situation I rented it for 3 days because I did not know how this move was going to go but I only need the truck for 2 day, so it's only ethically right to refund a day of money back to the customer. Not just say have a nice day bye. Then when the customer asks about a refund the employee says because we dont, I said have a nice day. Never using uhaul again and going to tell other how your company is not refunding that belongs to the customer because the full about of the rental service was not used.

Our reservation was made 2 days in advance through this store, but the associate putting in the reservation stated that the closest available ramp trailer was in Menifee, CA & we would need to pick it up at that location. When questioned again, he repeated that U-haul would not move the trailer to the location of our choice, & we would need to drive 10 mi. out of our way to pick up the trailer. However, when we arrived at the Menifee site, they had no record of the reservation. Two calls to U-haul customer service resulted in 2X interminable holds and ultimately two disconnects. Then we called the Hemet store and were told they had the trailer, it had been in their inventory all day, and was available for our 1 p.m. reservation. However, when we arrived at that location, we were advised the trailer was in use until 4 p.m. (3 hours past our reservation). In short, U-haul reservations appear to be in a total state of confusion, and U-haul "customer service" is nothing more than lip service. Obviously we are very disgusted with our U-haul experience.

Truck that I rented needs to be retired: Could not keep up with all the damages. Approx. a dozen sites were marked and an additional one made during my inspection. Local runs only get the worst of the worst or what? I would bet that this truck would not make it one-way.

This is the ONLY UHAUL Location I have ever been ripped off by and they have nasty customer service as well. I got quoted one thing and charged another. I will be sending a letter of complaint to uhaul, requesting reimbursement for gouging prices and OVER PRICING the origional agreed amount as well as never using uhaul again and doing some bad advertising on facebook! People like me are already struggling but then a place of business screws us over! No, I won't take that. Uhaul has always been generous and very well customer oriented and this was by far the worst experience everrr. Thanks for nothing! Mary Ann Behling 951-217-4618
