I wish they gave the fuel tank in full, we received the vehicle with 5/8 tank full and ended up filling more gas than required. At the very least, some credit for the excess gas filled would be nice.

Pick up time was scheduled at 6 pm. I could only get it at 7:10 pm due to a long line up and only 2 staff working. the staff was very professional and apologized several times for the delay but that didn't speed up my waiting time.

I had some electrical problems with my hitch and the serviceman found the problem and fixed it and sent me on my way. He was very patient and polite and you are lucky to have an employee like this young man. Thanks for all your help

I was overcharged for my rental. What was reserved online was not the same in store. I have never had to pay for furniture pads at a daily rate but this time I did? I have used uhaul many many times and always had great service, unfortunately this time something fell through the cracks. :(

It would be nice if someone opens up the place on time when a customer books a trailer at 7am and no one shows up. I waited till 7:20am and could not wait any longer and had to rent somewhere else. I was late for my trade show because of this and I was extremely disappointed. It cost me business and caused me stress.

This was a terrible experience! I've been to this location once before and had an ok experience so I decided to come back. I almost walked out and cancelled my order before picking up the vehicle as the service was so poor. Online I ordered a truck, the safety insurance, and a furniture dolly. The piece we were planning on moving was extremely heavy and required the dolly. When I went in to pick up my order I was informed there were no dollys and that they were waiting on a shipment of them to come in. Why was this available on the website if it wasn't going to be available in store? I had checked in 10 minutes before my scheduled check in time and it took 40 minutes before I was actually able to leave! The clerk offered for me to take a van instead of the truck due to the cheaper rate of .49$ a mile. I told him the dimensions of the piece I was planning on moving and how I was skeptical it would fit. He assured me it would so we changed my order to the van. When going over the contract I noticed I was being charged .69$ a mile. When I questioned this this clerk did not readily recognize the error but later blamed his computer. Since he wasn't going to change the rate to the amount he originally quoted me for (.49$) I switched back to the truck. When I was shown the new contract I noticed the estimate was almost 20$ more than the van estimate- which was priced for the trucks rate. I questioned why I was going to be charged so much more for the truck when it was supposed to be .69$. Again, he blamed his computer, rambled about technology, and didn't resolve the issue. I recognize switching vehicles caused part of the delay but the clerk spent so much time rambling and telling me his life story when I clearly wasn't interested that it was holding up the line. I was scheduled to pick up the piece of furniture at a certain time and was made late. The clerk informed us that he had surgery last Thursday, how he wasn't supposed to be at work, how he was taking T4s for the pain, and complained about his manager for making him work. He was very disorganized and because of all his exaggerated tall tails he was very unpleasant to deal with. I just wanted to get the truck and go! When we were having issues with the rate I explained that if it wasn't quickly resolved I would cancel my order and leave. I was running out of time, the furniture dolly wasn't supplied, the rates were inaccurate, it wasn't worth my money or time to be there any longer. Inside the truck was not swept out before I got there. There were pieces of cardboard in the back of the truck. Inside the cab there was plastic garbage from the previous driver. The clerk did not perform a walk around check of the vehicle with me. I was so flustered from dealing with him and how late he made us that I forgot to perform one myself. I will never ever return to uHaul. Between the system issues, not supplying the dolly as offered, and the unprofessionalism and arrogance of the

I reserved a trailer a week in advance. I arrived on Sunday Aug 31 at 10am to pick up the trailer. I had to stand in line for over 2 hours in the hot sun on the asphalt. Suggest more customer service people for peak times.

Ask to drop off trailer at Colby dr in Waterloo but when we got there they refused to take the trailer. Asked us to drop it off at another location. Not very good customer service
