The truck wasn't cleaned out from the last person that used it. There was coffee spilled in the center console and on the floor. Then when we got to our new house to unload, the door wouldn't open because the overhead door broke. We had roadside assistance come to help open it, they were great. Unfortunately our moving assistance wasn't able to wait around so we had to leave our personal belongings unsecured overnight with the door open in the rain. Not cool.

I originally was scheduled to pick it up at Dorsett Bob's Phillips 66. When I called after booking online the man was extremely rude told me I had to have it back in a few hours and I couldn't get it after 4:15 because he left at 4:30. He was unprofessional and rude without any provocation. he acted like I as a customer was putting him out. I had a confirmation of the rental for 24 hours and he rudely handled it. I then called Page location and they took care of me and transferred my rental. I had to drive 15 minutes out of the way to get it but it was worth not giving the first place any business.

There were no attendants at the service desk when I got there. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone showed up even though I had a reservation. When I brought the van back, there were no attendants there to check me out and again I had to wait. Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had.
