Be sure to check your receipt. I was overcharged by nearly $50. However, once I brought it to the manager's attention, he resolved the issue quickly.

the customer rep was very rude unorganized unprofessional and he lied not only did we have money and payment issues but an older male that came in right behind him had a similar issue. the rep did not know what he was talking about he said the payment did not go thru but later said it did we asked could we use multiple cards he said yes but never said there was a limit he also never said if i run the card and it does not process the payment you will be charged $30 service fee he kept running the card and saying that the card was declined but i went to the atm got more than the amount he was running the card for out put the money a prepaid card and made the payment. i also believe he may have over charged my card. another customer that was in the said the rep charged him for insurance and he told him he did not want it. i do believe there may be some fraudulent activities going on with your rep. i also asked him for a number to speak with his supervisor and with an attitude he stated "i dont have one" i was very dissatisfied with the service and im usually not used to it

If I fill out the reservation online and put I want no coverage on the uhaul rental, then, please, don't put it on my bill anyway and not tell me. I understand the $10.00 helps save a lot of anything were to happen but I'm tight on money enough. I barely drove the vehicle so I knew it would be a long shot if anything happened. Just don't assume things.

I had reserved the truck on Tuesday; I was supposed to have it from 5:30 Friday night, until 5:30 Saturday; apparently the truck was rented out on Saturday, so I had to return it by noon. I had to find people to help us move our furniture in the truck Friday night; then we had to unload furniture in the yard of the place I moved to, because they weren't ready for us until 2pm, which is why I rented it until 5:30 Saturday. It was a total inconvenience, and the gentlemen at the place I rented from, were rude, and not willing to help, or take responsibility, knowing I made the reservation through them! I will never go there again. I would like all the money back I spent. What an experience!

an unpleasant experience. was simply trying to turn in a 17 ft UHaul truck and I obviously disrupted this guy's time on Facebook. he told me rudely that I needed to call the 1-800# to find a location to return the truck. I WAS AT ONE. after calling the # he agreed to accept the vehicle. Nice location, but customer service was worse than lousy!!

My contract said I could turn the uhaul in at any location, so we took it to one close by our home and the guy didn't have it in his computer so he wasn't going to accept it. Gave us a number to call which was not in service. So went back in and he tried the number and couldn't get it either. He accepted the uhaul but had us take it out to a field where ther were a few more and leave it. Very unprofessional and weird place to put trailers. Anyone could hook up and drive off with them!

When we arrived at the location the guy at desk said he couldn't help us because we should not be returning it to his location. This despite the fact we were given this location as option. He then proceeded to tell us to call the number on our contract and they would tell us where to go. Which we did and the lady on the phone told us we were fine and could return it at the location we were at, which did not make this guy happy. The fact that there were two people sitting there doing nothing and they told us they couldn't help us and proceeded to look at their computer while we had to make phone calls was very frustrating. Then to top it off I asked for a garbage so we could trow away the empty drink cups while we were in the vehicle and he told us they do not have a trash can. So apparently they have no where to throw away trash at this location either. I would suggest giving them a few bucks to purchase a trash can. I have never seen two individuals with no customer service skills and there was absolutely no one else in the building, so it wasn't like they had other customers to take care of.

When I got in the van I automatically noticed trash. There was a water bottle and some cracker crumbs left in the door from one of the previous drivers. Although this didn't bother me in the least, I was afraid I would get blamed for it. I threw the bottle away but didn't clean up the crackers. Also, one of the lights in the back was hanging and I could see where someone tried to hold it with tape. I took pictures of everything just in case, but when I got the receipt I was happy to see everything was normal. Thank you so much for your service! I'm so thankful for Uhaul :) I was going to get charged $60 by a 3rd party delivery service to deliver my mattress to my apartment from Big Lots which is only a 5 minute drive. With this Uhaul, I only spent $57 and some change, and that was the delivery of the mattress and driving my old mattress across town to my mom's house for my little brother. Not bad for 2 trips. I'll take it!

Communication between U-Haul transportation and customer service is lacking. We ordered a 15 ft. truck and were told a 26 ft. was reserved for us. This was too big. We were also told price would be 40 cents/mile with 99 free miles. We had to find our own truck at a new destination and paid round trip at 69 cents/mile for 150 miles. We were on the phone for 2 days with customer service and transportation before we gave up and called Storesmart Self Storage from the internet. They were wonderful!! We were charged a higher price because U-haul did not communicate with Storesmart Self Storage. U-haul did not even know that Storesmart was a U-haul rental center.
