Excellent customer service Clean truck (and easy to operate) Very conveint 24hr drop off location Thank goodness for Uhaul when you need it!

My electrical connection routed the wires close to the hot tailpipe. The technician was happy to add a zip tie when I asked him to. If there was as standard policy for these kids of things, I'd feel more comfortable sending non-mechanically-inclined relatives to Uhaul. An excellent experience nonetheless.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. When I arrived the staff member behind the counter, barely acknowledged me, as he was busy texting, on his phone. Not only were they unhelpful, they attempted to extort an additional $25 for assistance that was apparently unnecessary.

Tires need service. The right trailer wheel was about 18psi. The left side had a free flowing Schrader valve.

Original starting fuel gauge was higher than actual reading in the truck. You did correct it when I noted it prior to leaving the lot.

Location is hard to pull in and out of.

We would not recommend the movinghelp.com site that was offered. We chose movers from list on site that were available to help unload items at final destination. We found out one day prior that the movers were not willing to come as location was too far. It would have been nice for someone to contact us to let us know that. I had to contact them and they were very rude. We ended up unloading truck ourselves. Would suggest moving help.com confirm moving company is in correct location before offering their services to customer.

Just fill your gas tanks so we don't have to stare at the fuel gauge trying in vain to return it to exact fuel level you left in the tank when we picked up the vehicle.

Angela was awesome.

I was told that I had pulled into the lot from the wrong direction. If it;s one way traffic it should be marked clearly PRIOR to entering the lot

They are doing fine, but it is an interesting facility to get into for the first timer.

Upon returning the trailer to the location in Santa Barbara, it was very crowded. I was even blocked in for over 20 minutes after having my trailer unhooked. When the gentleman unhooked my trailer, he asked if I wanted to avoid the long line inside by just having a receipt emailed to me. I said, yes, that would be nice. Two days later, I got a call from a service rep asking me when I planned to return the trailer. I said that I already had. I was upset this was not properly handled, but relieved I was not contacted again regarding an internal issue. Again, not happy.
