every time we went there it was busy and there were not enough people working there. the wait was horrible. there is really no parking lot for customers - it is just a bad location on the corner. the people were very nice, but not particularly helpful except for the manager.

You should be able to keep your rental for 24 hours and not be asked how long you need it for. Peo

First the people at Uhaul were great. I have two issues with this rental that are problems with the corporate system. 1. I made my reservation multiple days in advance to be able to pick up the trailer close to my home, but in the end I had to go miles out of my way to pick it up and drop it off. 2. I only needed a motorcycle trailer and the system said one was not available. Then the system suggested a 5 by 9 ramp trailer. While this trailer we good and even had a motorcycle wheel chock, I feel I was being overcharged because they did not have a cheaper motorcycle trailer.

The windshield was a bit dirty and that is one of the most important part of any vehicle to be clean for safer diving.

I was very disappointed U-Haul! this time the truck ramp was very dirty!!! We did take images of the ramp be glad to send them to you. It had gravel all over it! I did drive back to be cleaned. And this morning when I did retuned the truck, I it did get gas bring the tank level to 7/8 But when I came home I realize was charge for EZ fuel $21.53 I have the receipt of this morning when I did bring to 7/8. Not a happy customer at all! Adnan Orali

The attendants were kind and very helpful. My only suggestion for improvement was the flow of helping customers. More than one customer was being helped at the same time and even a phone call interrupted while I was being helped. Was like being served at a mom and pop shop as opposed to In and Out burger; friendly and a good experience but could be faster.

Another awful experience. We were told to drop off the uhaul at the state st location. When we get there, the person told us that they could not accept our vehicle because there was no more room. The drive up to this place was very narrow and we had a tow dolly at the back of the uhaul. We could turn around so we had to back up into the middle of the intersection! They offered no help and we were pretty frustrated because this was not our problem...the contract told us to drop it off at the state st. location. And we did that! To top it off, we had to go through the hassle of backing it out with a tow dolly in the middle of a very busy intersection. This was not pleasant and shouldn't have been our problem as we fulfilled our end of the deal. Uhaul clearly let us down.

We arrived at store at 7:00am and no one was there. We waited a half hour for someone to open the shop that was suppose to be open at 7 am. Kind of unprofessional when we had a reservation and were on a tight schedule. But once someone arrived it went smoothly.

They didn't have the original size truck I reserved, but did compensate with a larger truck with the same price. When they checked me out with the truck it was dirty and they didn't do any kind of an inspection with me to identify any new and existing damage. The truck ran good, but seemed a little beat up. They were busy and I felt rushed, which didn't really bother me much except for the truck wasn't cleaned and the damage inspection skipped.

This was, far and away, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager, Abel, was extremely rude and his employee, Stephanie, had the worst attitude of anyone I've ever encountered in a customer-service scenario. I had an appointment at 8:30, and I called at 8:15 asking if I could push it back to 9:30. The man on the phone said "sure, not a problem! see you then." with no mention of the fact that by pushing the reservation back an hour it would be cutting into my time with the truck - I had reserved it for 4 hours. When I got to the location at 9:30, Stephanie let me know that I would only be able to have the truck for 3 hours because I was late. I wasn't late, I called to have the reservation pushed back...had I known that it would be cutting into my time, I could have come earlier. That is something that they need to TELL the customer. So I tell her that, that the man on the phone told me it was fine to come at 9:30. She just looks at me blankly and says there is nothing she can do and if I return the truck after 12:30 I would be charged late revenue fees. Thanks! So I ask if I could get a discount because I would only be having the truck for 3 hours and I paid for 4. No, she says. We can't do that. She gets her manager Abel, who is shockingly LESS helpful than Stephanie. He just points to the screen and says that they can't give discounts. Ok. Great. Thanks. So I take the truck and return at 12:30. My boyfriend is returning the truck as I'm inside paying + trying to buy some other misc. packing items. Stephanie comes into the store and yells for her manager because "she can't deal with the customer outside, he's an asshole." Then proceeds to point to me and says "her boyfriend is making things difficult". What?! I've never seen that happen - I was so shocked. The woman in line behind me said something along the lines of "did you just shit talk her boyfriend and your customer in front of a line of customers?". Even if someone WAS being an a**hole, that behavior was inexcusable. It's a customer service rep's job to deal with people all day. If they can't do that, they need to find another line of work. Period. For the record - my boyfriend was being asked to fill up the gas tank to the top, when the contract clearly stated that it left w/ under half a tank. Will never use UHaul again - I had to spend the next day moving as well, and we used Budget Truck rentals instead. Much smoother experience, less stress.

I called ahead of time to talk about pick up they made it sound easy. I filled up the gas tank to 3/4 which is what the truck inconvientley was filled to when I picked it up. I left my unused boxes and dust cover in the back of the truck because the location was closed. Apparently I didn't fill up the tank enough and the recycled boxes were considered trash, so uhaul charged me extra for gas and cleaning. I will never rent with uhal again. This was a combination of the worst service and experience I have ever had moving.
