My truck broke down and I waited in 20 below weather for two hours and no one came, I had a friend come pick me up, through out the night as late as 11:45pm uhaul called and asked if I was still with the vehicle, I said no I would have froze to death. The next morning I got a call asking if I was still with the truck I asked them if they were serious and I was obviously annoyed at this point. I had to take another day off of work so I could finish my move starting at noon when the next available truck was. I would have expected to atleast have my mileage discounted or some sort of discount for my two days of stress and inconvenience. A little customer service goes a long way, although the people at the store were nice, nice doesn't give me a days worth of pay back. I will be utilizing other services for future moving needs.

Vehicle was full of ice/snow. Back latch was frozen shut. Door was frozen shut. Received no help from staff. Not a good way to start a moving day.

I had to find a ride to Appleton WI. 30 miles from where I live to pick up the truck. There are plenty of places in Green Bay that could have accomodated my needs but was told they did'nt have a truck for one way travel. Ridiculas! It was extremely inconveinient and a waste of my time, as well as my friends gas and time.
