Catonsville (Balt Natl Pike) location was great and so was Lyuba. Rolling Road location was awful; they cancelled my truck and didn't give a courtesy call to see if I was coming like the Catomsville location did.

This was a more difficult place to get in and out of. Probably just too many units on the lot. My trailer did leak some at the rear doors. Several boxes and a couple of paintings got wet. Luckily the paintings were wrapped with your blankets and only the frames got wet.

I asked for dolly ,associate said it was in there.. Ok..drive to house to start loading truck & there's no dolly. I called& left message with a lady who said she sent message to location & that I would receive a call in few minutes.. never got a call ..so I had to just move with no dolly. I just felt as though He could have at least called & apologize for the mishap. Moving is an ordeal in it's self & without the dolly it was extra hard. I will stick with U haul for future experience but just thought I would leave an experience to help y'all customer service.

Designated drop off space was full when I turned in the truck. When I went to pickup the truck 15 minutes before the office opened I said "Good morning, I'm here to pickup a truck" the female employee responded with a curt "we're closed". That's not very good customer service.

Hire more help and train your people to be courtesy kind and patient at all times working with the public you always have to be patient courteous and kind to the customer they don't just try to brush the customer off to get to the next customer if there's a problem look for a way to solve it by calling corporate and not having the customer to take it upon him self to have to call corporate for results that could have been taken care of at your Westview location it shouldn't be about once you get a credit card number then you have it then nothing else matters just get the money from the car and don't worry about the customer the customer is always first not always his credit card first and not let it cause him hours to get the issue resolved ...........

There was one person working at the counter and one person that I could see cleaning and readying the vans. Uhaul is making a terrible decision to understaff, and it required every customer to wait at least a half hour just to reach the desk to ask a question. I waited in line for 45 minutes and because I had registered online it only took about 7 minutes for me to be finished once I was able to talk to the customer service representative. Horrible planning to have only one customer service rep. Horrible. The customer service rep should be commended for her level of service and for keeping her patience.

I always have an excellent experience with this U-Haul location. Pamela White is an excellent employee. Her knowledge of her position and the company policy is outstanding. Her manor and personality is wonderful. On Saturday, 10/31/2015, about 3:15 p.m. the line for checking in and returning vehicles at this location had gotten extremely heavy but Pamela handled each customer attentively and courteously. One customer was upset and a little irate but after he explained his situation to Pamela it was found that the customer was at the incorrect location. Pamela did all she could to help him and the customer was satisfied. She handled herself in a professional and respectful manner. If all companies could have employees like Pamela White there would never be any unsatisfied customers.
