My U-Haul experience at D&H Auto was excellent! The woman at the counter was so nice and made sure to take the time to explain everything I needed to know and answer any questions I had as well. When I got inside I was very pleasantly surprised to see the truck in such immaculate condition, the young man had even turned it on for me so it had a few minutes to warm up!!! They made my experience awesome and I'll be back for sure, I highly recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks again for such great service!!!

when it is impossible to throughly clean the box of truck do not charge an absorbant fee to sweep out the truck in a heated location. i will not be paying the 80.00 fee and will use budget in the near future. no customer satisfaction here!!

Not with the snow I wouldn't, the parking lot wasn't plowed which is understandable on a Sunday afternoon so they hopefully will understand me leaving the U Haul parked crooked.

Not have the dolly/pads in the back of the truck. They get in the way/take up space that could be used for items. If I wanted them, I would order/rent them. Otherwise, all good. Thanks to Phil for your help!

The truck I rented was a 26' enclosed and had a almost flat rear right tire, the roof leaked water all over my leather furniture, I had to pull over and add antifreeze because the low coolant buzzer went off about 10 miles into my trip and I think the truck could use a set of U-joints. The U-haul location and employees were nice but, the truck could use a little maintenance.

i accidentally made my reservation a week late. i did not check the reservation carefully for the right date. D&H Auto repair quickly made everything right. this was the only day I had available to get my move done. They went beyond the call of duty on my behalf. BraVo1

I did not order a truck, nor did I pick one up. I don't know how your company even got my email to send me a confirmation. I called and was told it would be taken care of. THIS ORDER BETTER NOT BE IN MY NAME!!!!

Uhaul broke down, didn't have equip u pre ordered and after Uhaul was repaired took hour to get a hold of someone regarding return of the truck. Several hours later my call was returned and was difficult to get someone to come get the truck as my intent was to return the same day I rented it. I had to unload appliance and yard equipment from the road. Want able to pull my vehicles in the driveway for 2 days. I will never rent from UHaul, nor will the dozen of unconvinced friends and family that were helping me.

D and H provided excellent communication, service and instruction on the use and towing of a trailer. Equipment was in good clean condition. I used the U haul website for securing the trailer which saved time in pickup, 10 minutes and drop off 5 minutes. The experience was turnkey with no surprises or extra fees. Highly recommend.

When I reserved the trailer on the Uhaul site the trailer was described with a picture showing a motorcycle wheel chock. When I picked up the trailer it did not have this feature and they did not have one available for me. At the time of pick up it is to late to find another location with a trailer as I reserved it so I was stuck taking this one as I had people waiting. I feel this is misleading and I was stuck with this trailer in a bait and switch situation.
Also the right rear tail light was not working. This was pointed out by the people helping me move my things.

Pretty good experience, few items of note:
The 26ft truck they have here is very old and tough to start. It's takes a few tries to get it to fire. The parking lot was very cumbersome to navigate. Other than it was fine, nice people.

The truck is old and in very poor condition. It is not safe to drive. Steering is very loose, the gas tank leaks a large amount of gas, and the battery needed to be replaced because ut would not start. I lost 4 hours of time because the truck would not start.
