The two guys who help me ( I think one was nathan and the other had glasses and checked my truck and tow dolly out to me and back in) were awesome. After having had a very stressful day, they were very patient and very understanding with me. Great employees.

The employee who received my vehicle upon return was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had across the hundreds of times I have returned rental cars / trucks. He seemed to genuinely care about my experience like no others have.

The call late in the day to ask how things were going and suggest options for an after hours return saved my day, return and billing was a breeze. The trucks seemed new, suspension was great. Everyone I dealt with at the store was a professional. In the past, moving for me was to simply find the lesser of 2 evils. No good options. The people at Fullerton changed my perception of U-Haul and the whole moving experience. I have already talked about it multiple times at work and to friends. Thanks guys.

All of the UHaul employees I interacted with were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when I needed clarification of some things.
That said, it would be great if you had a sign posted indicating that leaving the truck parked on Fullerton afterhours is okay. There were two or three of us returning trucks after the lot was already totally full, and we were somewhat nervous that street parking wouldn't be okay. Maybe include that parking information in the information that came with the rental agreement?
Also, the placement of the optional hand truck is really pretty obnoxious. For folks who don't want to use it, it just gets in the way of loading and unloading, sitting as it does right in the mouth of the truck. I think simply not having them in the truck when people don't explicitly ask for them would be a better example of customer service

I don't like to receive a car with tank not full. It is very hard to meet the same level. I probably overfilled by 5 gallons this way. Annoying.

The staff was professional and efficient. The vehicle was clean, nearly new. Everything went off without any problems, everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises or hidden costs. Excellent, well-managed location with great staff. We are form out of state and had one day to get done what needed to get done and thanks to this uhaul location we were successful.

My retal time was bumped 2hours, 2 days before our move. The second time we talked to the manager about this inconvience, we were given a larger truck for the same price. It did work out in the end, but it took a significant push on my end to correct an overbooking error that was in everywat the fault of UHaul.

You should have parking available. Also, a better way to drop off vehicles. We had to wait approx. 30 min to get out of the garage. Picking up was well-handled but the drop off process needs a lot of work.

Christina was awesome! I called about an issue with extra charges for my rental and she was VERY helpful in resolving them. She promised me an update within an hour and stuck to her word and also resolved my issue. Will certainly use the Fullerton Uhaul location again and will recommend this location to friends/family, as they helped make my move stress free!

The only problem is tht the gas reading was off my fault 4 not checking it but I drove 15 miles and they said I used a half a tank which tht corrected w no hassle
