I had to wait 40 minutes in line Sunday morning. Only one person in store. had to wait further for truck to be cleaned of rubbish left by last Rental. Most of all I was charged for excessive mileage. I drove the truck 60 miles. and was charged for 235.8 miles. I demand a refund of this charge. The mileage was from another truck and not the one I rented. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible to fix this mistake. Contract # 80407066

Connor was awesome, great attitude for a guy with no help. For it being the only location in the area open on the last Sunday if the month, you would think management would have scheduled a second person on. After a 45 min wait in line, watching Connor run back and forth with mop buckets and brooms, I was late meeting up with my crew. All ended well, the truck was available, clean and ready. This was the only perk of setting up arrangements in advance. The managers will hear how this kid had a great attitude, but I wonder how long loyalty like that can last given the situation.

Only one attendant in the morning, long line of frustrated customers. When returned, was told I was given the wrong truck which was down for repairs. Lots of confusion when I returned it re mileage, gas tank level. Happy it did not break down. Attendant was apologetic, very helpful.

Waited at least 10 minutes in line to pick up and drop off. Would have been helpful to have another staff member to assist and speed up the process on a busy weekend.

I gave you a NO as a recommendation for the simple reason, you are understaffed. For me to stand in line for 30 minutes for dropping off a vehicle while 1 man is working the counter, hooking up trailers, checking mileage on the vehicles that were returned was totally unacceptable. People were walking out because of the long wait time. Unfortunately you will never see me in there or any UHaul again and certainly will not recommend your services.

I had a valid reservation that was cancelled by Uhaul. I had to make reservations at the Chicopee Uhaul which is about a 25 minute drive with traffic. I was also told that I could drop the trailer at the Boston Rd location after I was through using. Not true. So I had to drive 25 min 4 times and was lied to about the easier drop off. All this when earlier in the day I had a confirmed reservation. Terrible service.

Outstanding experience! Your Service Representative, Ms. Squee, did a fantastic job of expertly answering all of my questions is a most professional and courteous manner. This gentleman was very conscientious and knowledgeable and did a great job in making the process a smooth and easy one. The truck was falling apart. The brakes barely worked. The truck started rolling away when it was in park with the parking brake on. I mentioned this to the employee when I returned the truck and he said "we know about it, I'm suprised this truck hasn't killed someone." So why was this truck rented to my family?! Very disappointed.

The entire U-haul experience was awful, the customer service reps. were rude, the reservation was completely wrong and cost me money that u didn't have for movers I couldn't use do to error on Chicopee reservation mess up. U-haul had still not afford to extend the garentee you promote. We still have not received confirmation on the return of the truck. I will not use or give U-haul a good reference.

Drop off took almost half hour after vehicle was checked and mileage recorded. It was a busy time but it seems like there should be a better way to expedite, like when I return a car to Hertz, they walk around car, input mileage into handheld, and email me my receipt and it takes less than a minute. Secondly, when I booked online, the price per mile was quoted as .79/cents per mile and when I picked up it was .99/cents per mile. I was told this was because it was a weekend and I must have booked it online during the week. Not a big deal but was aggravating at the time.
