This is simple. You offer vehicles and trailers for rental. You've been doing this for years and one would think you have a simple process down. Well, you would be wrong. I order a 6X12 trailer WITH a ramp. I receive a confirmation that It was available. I call and confirm the reservation that it was ready to go. I get there go through the paper work and the agent asks me which one do you want? I respond the one with a ramp. He stops in his tracks and says we don't have a 6X12 with a ramp! I ended up renting a 5X9 that with a lot of manipulation of the cargo got the job done. I won't be back.

Service was quick and good. However when I return the van, there was a long line. I was told to drop of the keys and I would get a email receipt, so I did. Then I called an hour later since I had not received a receipt I was told they would call back because it was 630 it hadn't been checked in and they were closing at 7. No one called. When I did get the email, I was charged for gas, even though I had filled it back up. Also I was charged $11 for collision when I specifically asked to waive it. Therefore I over paid $16. I called and spoke to customer service and was told Kyle the manager would call back and I never heard from him.

It was stressed to me upon picking up the vehicle that it was to be returned clean and in good condition. When looking for space in the central panel to position my fountain drink and cell phone, I noticed that the ashtray was full of cigarette butts and there was a clump of dirty used tissues in a cup holder. Aren't U-Haul staff members supposed to tidy up trucks in-between customers? So much for standards.

While no one was there was a lack of professionalism that is just astounding. The truck was flight and had not been wept or cleaned. There were nails screws and dirt all over.

The only thing you could do to make rental at this UHaul better would be to have free coffee! I always use UHaul in Chicopee. Great staff.

this facility STAY AWAY FROM I dropped off the car carrier and had a clean check out when I returned 5 hours later with the truck I was informed that the car carrier was broken I also returned both units 2 days prior to agreement and was directly told by the manager that they do not give any partial credits and no refund would be given. Called Corporate who have me a different view, facility and manager are not honorable

I was very disappointed to encounter on my bill a charge that was not explained to me at the beginning ("environmental fee"). When I called the store, the charge was explained to me but I am very dissatisfied with U-Haul corporate imposing an environmental fee without any prior explanation or giving me an opportunity to decline the charge. This is the kind of practice that leads to class action lawsuits against your company. Very, very disappointing.

I tried calling a facility to get some information and constantly was sent to new numbers and was constantly being disconnected. As opposed to getting any answers I was given the run around in the phone for well over an hour. I am very disappointed in the service and will never use uhaul again. I will be taking my business to another location where I will not be jerked around and put on the back burner.

The employees should learn how to read a gas gauge correctly. And they dont answer the phone at this location ever... Proabaly never going back to uhaul again!

I would just suggest to have the vehicle ready for the scheduled pick up time instead of waiting to move all the trucks out of the way because its blocked in. Other than that everything was great.

FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. VEHICLE HAD LESS THAN FULL TANK OF GAS WHEN IT WAS PICKED UP. RETURNED IT FULL AND INFORMED SALES PERSON AND MANAGER AND HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO TO HELP ME. HE SAID I SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT WITH SAME AMOUNT AS WHEN I PICKED IT UP THEN HE COULD OF HELPED ME. DOES NOT SEEM FAIR.

My first truck request with UHaul failed and backed be up 2 days as a result. Gave me a credit of $50 give me a break it cost me way more than that to change plans and dates. SO then I have to drive an extra 30+ miles to go to Chicopee so an extra round trip charge of 60 miles at .79 a mile plus gas. Folks were nice and all but the company Well what can I say in public.

I made a reervation at the Boston Rd UHAUL location in Springfield MA. I called them to do this and when I went to pick up the trailor they told me to go to Chicopee and they did ntyo even have the trailor type I wanted. No apologies, no sorry, nothing. Very poor experience here and I wont go back.

When I returned the rental the agent that services me was very rude! I entered the store as he was finishing up with another customer. Once he fished the sale he immediately left the sales desk and went into an employee room leaving me standing in the store for almost 10 minutes alone. When he reappeared he abruptly asked how could he help me as if he was annoyed by my presences ... This was a very displeasing experience!
