The truck I rented was old and the check engine light was on and the passenger's side view mirror was cracked.
I would have like a discount of rental for this was the THIRD rental this month . next week a FOURTH
truck will be used by a friend.

I was charged for two days of service instead of one. When I called to complain, I was disconnected from the call, then when I called back I was transferred around for a bit until I finally got some help. They fixed the problem; but did so by issuing credits for the first two mistaken charges and then issuing a new charge. This is all well and good; but now I have to wait three to five business days until the charges clear and I get my $157.37 back into my account. Thanks a lot, assholes.

At all locations, the booking of the rental process is much improved every time I go to rent a trailer or moving truck. I believe there is opportunity to continue these efforts to remove any remaining glitches and nuances.

Have hand held credit card scanner so your workers wouldn't have to enter the credit card by hand on their phone.

My only issue was with the ordering process. It took three calls with headquarters and this location before I actually got both the U-Box and the trailer. Once I had both parts of my order, this location did a great job of having the U-Box on the trailer at the time I had requested and were very helpful in attaching the trailer to the car and making sure everything was working properly.

I was discriminated against in one of your places because I am African American, at 21480 st.clair. I was told after being called names to get off the property and I was not getting a truck because I was trying to rob him.

Your computer system is outdated. I like that I talked to an English speaking human when I made my reservation after hours, but I am a repeat customer and it would be much easier if my information could be pulled up, verified and be done. If there was an alternative for me I would use it, the U Haul system is so bad. Otherwise, the people, product and price are great.
