Staff friendly. Didn't want to help unload our car off the transport, said it was our responsibility, opposite of the uHAUL IN long beach. When we couldn't locate our camera we kept calling and the answering service kept taking our number but no one called us back. Went in and they had our camera, was told that we had to come in they don't take phone calls even when their not busy. Obviously an inconvenience to them .

The front windshields were dirty and I could not drive and look at the instruments to determine how to wash them. I have rented grom this Dealer in the past and their Service and Equipment were excellent then, too.

No problems at this location. These people are on top of it at all times and do whatever they can to be helpful. On those rare occasions when a truck has a problem, ie. check engine light came on one time, they were right on it. If they aren't rated as one of your premier locations they should be.

I have moved on a average once every 3 years in the last 20 years. This was the most efinshent U Haul I have rented from. There was one employee who was outstanding in customer service Eliborio Rodriguez he was busy but didn't rush me, smiled and had me checked out in no time. When I brought the U Haul back he acknowledged me answered all my questions and checked in the U Haul promptly. I will when ever in the Eugene area use the 7th street U Haul and recommend it to any one who is looking to rent equipment or storage. This is the truth I have in the past every time I rented ( Franklin store ) never got the truck I reserved always had to wait with both check in and out, and had crapy customer services. When I first came there were only maintenance guys in the store and they told me they couldn't help me and I needed to find someone else. I walked all the way around the building with no luck, but once I entered again someone was there. Maybe he was in an employee lounge and just didn't come out right when I entered.

The 20' truck I rented was clean. My issue is with maintenance. My move was approximately 1,000 miles. My daughter drove the Uhaul with her mother-in-law riding along with her. Two hours into the trip the inside left rear tire had a blowout. They were just a few minutes south of a major city. After calling Uhaul Customer Support, they sat along side the Interstate on a hot day for three and a half hours before helped arrived!! No compensation was even offered for this ordeal. Needless to say, my daughter, her mother-in-law and I were very disappointed regarding your service. And to top it all off, it was Mother's Day.
