I had to wait at least 15 minutes to return my trailer. The place was not busy there was just nobody around, it seems the place is way under staffed or the staff does nt do their jobs

Well this was not the location that I ordered the truck for the move. I was called 3 days before the move to tell me that I would have to drive 9 miles instead of 1 if I wanted to rent the truck. This happened to me before. It was inconvenient and took longer. You should tell people that they may not be able to pick up the truck they want at the site were they reserve it at. Moving is extremely stress and this made it more so for me. I would have canceled my order if I could have found another truck. It being on the first should have nothing to do with customer service, why did you not have someone drive it to my location I am the customer. Very unhappy customer

If u rent customers uhaul truck make sure that's qork properly,they told me that ac not working but will give u $10 discount but if u dnt want that's fine we dnt care abt $10 but it's too hot and have to drive 5hrs wd out ac so customer service rude

This location was disgustingly tacky. The manager and all employees lacked professionalism and a basic understanding of how to handle any customer needs or concerns. There is still an unresolved issue regarding the gas credit to my account for filling the gas to more than was required. The pick up location clearly marked and highlighted the terms of my contract and the employees at the Fresno location did not understand what the plain english meant. I receive 5 different interpretations from 3 different employees within 10 minutes. As the employees realized they were not competent they were frustrated. I received no help but a lot of hostility and in the end I did not receive the $24 that is due to my back account. This story was also very horrendous. The employees uniforms were dirty and looked like they were the ones doing moving. The manager of the location also had a container of lunch meat and crackers on the counter as she half attempted to calm her employees and seek a resolution to the problem. I didn't seem to be the only one with trouble either. It took at least 3 employees to help 1 customer on multiple occasions.

Windshield was dirty from recent rain and had no washing fluid. It was hard to see and made driving difficult. There were small branches on windshield that I couldn't reach to remove. Guy who checked us out had no clue what he was doing and was frustrating the female employee who was trying to assist other customers. They gave us a truck from the back and had to move trucks to get it. We lost valuable time with movers due to these issues.

When returning the truck there was approx 8-9 trucks piled up in from of the main office. Many of them being returned. A women was standing in front waiting for approx 20 mins before I got there without being helped to check in her returned truck. A worker came out and went all the way to the back and helped a man who just arrived who was returning a truck. I went and asked him why he was not helping those who had being waiting for a long time and he just looked rather spaced out and had not reply. This place is disorganized and the workers when returning the trucks are spaced out.

We rented a 26' truck. The ran great, no issues except the truck needed washing, the front windshield needed cleaning and the passenger side window needs tight ing the bottom screw was lose enough to hand tighten as I adjusted the mirror. Would be nice to have glove box for documents.

The female staff was absolutely an embarrassment to the company. She was pissed off about something and the customers were graced with it. I, along with 4-5 other patrons, stood in the dark from until she decided to come in the lobby, turn the lights on 1 hour after opening. She said 2 words to me the whole transaction. "Your name". Another customer stated, this type of service is typical for this location. 100% of the time.

Check in was poor. One service rep for a long line of customers. Two assistants were out picking up trailers we were told so no yard help. One rep was outside trying to locate some equipment. The rep inside was very frustrated as she could not get through the call center to help the customer in front. He was upset. They called the manager who was somewhere offsite? Thus check in was very poor. I was there for over 45 minutes. That is not was you advertise. Roland Roos

There was a line to get help and only 2 people working. Than they tell me I have to go outside and wait to be checked in after standing in line. The young guy who checked us in was really nice but couldn't find our paperwork on his phone. Had to go back inside and wait again in line. 2 of the people who could have been helping people where standing around goofing off. I finally asked if they could help me and instead of them helping me one of the other guys came over and helped me out. Very poorly ran place.
