wasnt happy told them i needed truck for more than 6 hours. when i went to pick up the uhaul i was told it needed to be back by 4 because the trucks were over booked. i wouldnt recommend uhaul to anyone. was very unhappy with the way i was told when i said the week prior i needed it longe. the guy who picked it up was able to keep it all night cause they moved fromn the development i moved into. i wasnt able to move all my furniture. very dissatisfied with uhaul.

Waiting room was dirty. The men were nice and courteous but the woman was kind of annoying. She was arguing with her co workers and it just did not seem like a very professional environment.

Give them a truck that doesn't have underinflated tires.One tire had only 60 lbs of air in it.The other three had 70.The recommended pressure is 80 lbs on the truck door.
