Returning the vehicle took way too long. We were the only people there and literally disappeared for ten minutes and the van was parked 50 feet away to check mileage/fuel level. We joked maybe she didn't work there and stole it or if she does, she might have gone home.

When we walked in the door, the one rep that was working at the time was helping someone else choose boxes but didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. After about 10 minutes, he finally said he would be right with us, but we waited for 20 minutes before another employee finally came in to help me with my reservation. She then told us to wait in front of the building while she brought the van around. We then proceeded to watch her talk to another employee for 5 minutes before going to get our rental. When we returned the van, this same employee was standing there on her smart phone. At no point did any employee friendly or smile despite the fact that I was incredibly friendly and smiled a lot. If I use U-Haul again, I will the other location that is equidistant from my house.

All I rented was a furniture dolly and furniture pads. Simply, right? Not so much. I called first and was assured that I did not have to reserve this equipment. When I got there, I was told there weren't any dollies left. Then after several minutes of searching the grounds they found one. Then they undercharged me. Then I had to swipe my credit card three times just to get charged. Just to rent these two simple things I was in there for about 20 minutes! THEN I returned the equipment the next day and was told that I OWED. Even though my credit card had already been charged. They were going to charge me twice! And just to return these two simple things took about 10 minutes. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I rented the 6'x12' enclosed cargo trailer. The trailer is very heavy empty, 1800 lbs. The weight helps the trailer ride nice while empty, but it does take away from total load amount. I towed the trailer with a full sized pickup truck, so I did not have an issue. This is something to keep in mind. I had a good rental experience. The trailer was available as promised. Pickup & drop off went smooth.

Hi, there were two main dissappointing issues that happened. The first was when I picked up the trailer from this location. I was there for half an hour. I did the online express check out to save time from having to do it all over again there, just to have to answer all the same questions when I got there. Then I had to go outside, pull the truck up to the trailer to get attached, then repark then go back into the office to give Davita the trailer number that the guy attached to the truck. A employee should have done that. Davita talked soooooo much and soooooo long to the customers about the house she is currently having built in Gorgia, how big it is, how much it costed, then did the same about her moms house and we all had to hear about each one of her kids that went to college, and what they do now for a living, while she was busy talking, she screwed up on the ladies rental in front of me and had to redo portion of it. It was a very unnessesary long transaction due to the talking and the screwing up and re-doing and having the custoers come back to get their license and bring Danita, Davita, whatever her name was, the trailer #. A very strange Uhaul experience, Ive never had such a terrible experience. So anyway, the 2nd issue is that I rented the uhaul trailer for 24 hours, it was due back by 11 am on 5-16-15. An hour after I was suppose to be back with the trailer, Danita was calling me, telling me she already charged my card for a second day and i was going to add a $20 late fee also, that it was already done, she was very rude! Threatening me. I called Donna at the main Uhaul # listed on the contract, she said I should only have been charged what it would cost for the daily rental. So Danita was threatening me and being rude and giving false information. It's a good thing she is moving, i hope she does represent Uhaul in Georgia, she does not belong in a postion working with the public where people are on time schedules and would rather her not talk that much about her personal life because it clearly was very distracting for her to multi task, so the customers, we end waiting longer because she has to redo parts of the contract, then she calls people like she is part of the mafia, and talks to customers like we are a piece of trash on the ground. Terrible experience. Funny thing, is the Uhaul contract states that we as customers agree not to drive the uhaul equipment when we are distracted, but a uhaul employee called me to get me upset and I was very distracted, I was upset, seething, I just could not believe how she talked to me. If there is audio available to show the transactions in the store when i checked in starting with the customer in front of me, please watch and listen to it and watch the time, and you will see e coming back in a few times and you will probably be able to hear her conversation over the phone with me the next day in the 12 O'clock hour. Then you can confirm all that I am saying. Just awful experience! Thank

We reserved a 17' truck several weeks ago. When we arrived, there were none available. We ended up taking a 20' truck at the higher rate. The main representative grabbed the manager to help with the new order. The manager was extremely rude and his attitude was "take it or leave it." It wasn't busy, yet, he couldn't get us out the door fast enough and never explained any of the costs associated with our order. I've used U-Haul many times in the past and never experienced a bad situation like this. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Have all trucks full of gas. Ours said 7/8 and is was 3/4 and we ended up filling it full so we paid extra. How do you know when it is 7/8? 7/8 would have been over since it was 3/4 so gas cost us an extra $15. Full tanks to start!

We are very loyal customers and yesterday we were charged for 2 pay periods when we had the vehicle for under 24 hours. We called to ask about the charge and were told it couldn't be removed even though we've never been informed of this policy and had the vehicle for less than 1 day so we asked for the manager to call us back and they have not. I was not informed of all the extra costs. I am going through a divorce and in addition to the stress, I have very little money (the meager extra money I was able to set aside for things like groceries was spent on the extra costs that were not explained to me when I made the reservation). The customer service guys at the store were unsympathetic and rude. All in all, this was a disaster and added a lot of unnecessary extra stress to an already emotional and stressful situation.

I completed everything on line although when I got there, some of the information had to be reiterated. I had already chosen to take or not take additional options; these were asked again at the counter. When the billing was being completed I noted an addition fee for insurance which I had not requested online, although it was added at the site. She had to go back in and reverse the charge. When I returned the trailer, it took a while for anyone to come out. After waiting awhile I started to unhitch the trailer myself. People were very nice although not very expedient.
