The first location I was told to return the truck, was no longer existent, so I called, and they told me to take it to a different location, that location was also the wrong one, and they refused to accept the vehicle back, the third location was correct. Although by that time I had wasted an hour based on false information provided by Uhaul. Really not happy at all with this experience this time.

I could afford to purchase a pickup that I would use a few times a year.; But why- Teng and crew make it so easy to rent- and I don't have to worry about 2nd car maintenance. Thanks gentlemen- you are he BEST!!

Eqipment worked well and did the job needed. Paying over $70 for 6 hours of use is excessive. Price seemd too high for mileage rate.

This comment is less about the pick up location and more about U Haul as an overall company. The entire process seemed very disjointed. I had to make many phone calls to various customer service reps and no one had the entire picture. The entire process made my moving experience 100 times more stressful than it had to be. I had called the pick up location to confirm everything. The person I spoke to there was nice. I let him know I would go online and get everything confirmed for payment and he said I could just confirm the last four of my credit card and he'd take care of it. When my father picked up the trailer the next day, they asked for his credit card information which was entirely inappropriate since I had taken care of everything the day before. My father also noted how the trailer was not cleaned out when it was handed over to us. I also had a terrible experience with the call center, among other issues. I will use PODs in the future.

Helpful and polite employees, vehicle in good, clean condition. Only complaint is your prices are very high, with the mileage and having to return with full tank of gas is a little overkill on your part.

The windshield motor did not work I was told that I could exchange the truck if I drove to another U-Haul location that was @ one hour away - not feasible to do. The headlights needed proper adjustment. Steering might be too loose as there was too much play in it. The tailgate probably needed lubrication on the tracks. No mention was made of my truck being reserved by a next person. I had to pay a monetary fine for exceeding the 6 days. Too short a timeframe (6 days) for loading in MN, travel, and unloading in CT. A pre-trip truck use instruction by staff would be helpful. Rental pick up location needs to clarify how best to contact renter during a trip. I only heard in Groton that U-Haul had tried to contact me by email and I wasn't using it during the trip. Soft ride advertising on the truck is misleading as the truck ride is very stiff.

Employee was very busy with returns, but gave us a quick walk around and said he would handle check in and we could leave. Pretty hassle free since we were with in the mileage limit and left correct amouont of fuel in the truck.

When reservations are made online, there should be indication of where the equipment is, one location or two separate locations, so plans can be made on a timely fashion. When confirmation is made it should be made with one representative, not two so there is no confusion on pick locations and pick up times. I rented a 24ft truck to go one way, Model GH1717J, after having it break down 100 miles into the 500 mile trip, I was told that particular model was out of circulation for one way use due to being too old. I lost 4 hours of travel time due to the break down. I was also told the mechanic was 50 miles out, I figured he would be there in about an hour or so, when I called to ask if he had been dispatched, I was told there is a E.T.A. of two hours, I was not told that when the call for service was first made. I'm overall disappointed in the service provided and the communication break down and lack there of. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Customer service if that's what you call it was totally ridiculous, I will never rent from them again and I'm considering never renting from haul ever again period. The owner is a simple minded individual to put it nicely. He's not able to think or make decisions on his own. The staff is even worse.

One of Teng's assistants helped us this time and he was very good and that is typical because Teng sets such a great example.
