Do ot post a charge to the customer's Credit Card until the final talley is done. I was over charged based on my release receipt. Just waiting to see if the correction will post soon, before I contact the agency.

Not related to this location - but the entire renting of the trailer was a real nightmare. Multiple reservations were placed for the same equipment at different locations - but not the location I requested. So I had to get on the phone to straighten that out. The day before pickup, I was told that no trailer in the size I requested was available. So I got on the phone to straighten that out and ended up having to make arrangements to drive 40 minutes to pick up a trailer because U-Haul messed up. Then I had to call back *again* as no email confirmation was sent. Just now, I had to call again to ask for a correct receipt and was told that I have to call the store that rented to me. Very bad customer service overall.

the trailer floor was greasy and the furniture caused grease stains on the carpet in the unit. The floor of the trailor should have been cleaned.

Good experience. Invoice came in and I was charged $5 for something I didn't use, but I was reimbursed immediately. Truck was in great condition and very good customer service.

I had a one way from Indiana to California, i had to fill up the tank to the same level that i received it at. (understandable) but that was hard to measure exactly at the pump. I tried to return it 1/8 of a tank lower than where I received it and offered to give them the difference in cash. This was apparently not okay. The $10 difference would not only be added to my charges but they would give me an additional $30 fee so I put $15 dollars in and it was now over the point that i received it and I asked if I can be refunded the $5 dollars, they said NO. I rented the truck for 8 days and 2550 miles, I arrived in 3 days and used 2.2k miles so I asked do I get reimbursed for the time and miles I did not use, I got another big fat NO. Should have kept the truck for the week and miles I had purchased because while I returned it early they now can charge someone else for the time and miles that has already been purchased by me. SCAM.

using the "questimate" scheme for re-filling the tank, I accidentally overfilled by 4-5 gallons. This ended up costing me ~$20 more than it should have. Budget fills their trucks (the last time I used them), so this mistake would not have happened.

This person who served me did not simile and have eye contact. He also spoke really fast. He said that it was 1/4 gas. It was actually below it. He gave me the key and ran away immediately. But since I was in a rush, I did not talk to him. It cost me to fill up the gas to 1/4.

I was notified of the pick up location only the day before by email, since it was different from the location I had requested & received previous confirmation for.
You could improve the service by notifying customers earlier rather than at the last minute regarding changes in pick up location.

My only complaints would be the layout of the 10ft truck. The wheel wells and the fuel tank filler take up space in the packing area, so the the cargo area isn't completely flat.

Has a place to park my car while using the U-Haul truck. Agent was cheerful and eager to be helpful. The ordered truck was ready when I arrived. A positive experience all around.

This location has a nice big lot and the staff were helpful in checking the truck back in. We should have purchased a few extra miles as we had to unload some of our stuff at our storage unit, causing us to go over our limit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked over the phone and when I got there 1.5 hours later they (30 min ahead of schedule) they had given away my cargo van. I had to take a trailer instead.

I reserved a truck online and when I arrived at the location at the appointed time, they had no trucks of that type. It seems some improvements could be made in the online reservation system. I went to this location instead of a closer one to me because the online system indicated they had the size truck I needed.
That being said, the guys at this location found me another, smaller, truck even though they were obviously very booked and had low inventory. So, that was great.
