The owner was not friendly, very poor customer sevice, mean and grumpy. He was irritated with me for no reason. Not welcoming new customers at all. Might have to choose a different location

$3 is not a huge deal but I was told my chosen dolly was unavailable and I'd be given the next choice up at no additional charge yet was charged for it anyway. Not only that but my chosen dolly is the one that was included already, secured with a green zip tie in the cab of the rental truck so it WAS available. Just seemed a little odd to me, like the rental person didn't know what was going on. Overall, the experience was as enjoyable as moving can be.

When I called to say I would be late I was not given any info about your after hours drop box. I had to call to find out what to do with the keys and I was then told to leave the gas receipt also. It was frustrating

I like the location being close to the highway. Only issue is the U-turn needed to get to the driveway. Hard to do when pulling a trailer.

We were surprised to be told that when we took the trailer at 1:00 in the afternoon it had to be back by 9:00am the following morning. A day rental would end at 1:00pm the following day. No mention of that on the website when we booked it so I would like to see that addressed. thanks.

We reserved an enclosed trailer 10 days prior to the Saturday we needed to pick up our son who lived to hours away. The man behind the counter lied to us saying we didn't reserve an enclosed and then back peddled when had confirmation blaming it on call center. Then when I called 800 number to file a complaint because we were caught in a downpour, I was told they would call within 48 hours to follow up but that never happened! Thinking maybe the BBS should be contacted.

It is not an easy location to navigate cars or be able to park if the place is busy, but it was manageable for the time we came there.

I will be in the process of contacting uhaul customer support. I have used uhaul multiple times throughout the past 7 years and this time I can say I one very dissatisfied customer. First off, I was told I could pick up a uhaul in Stillwater MN, to then get a call telling me I have to pick up in New Brighton MN. Completely out of my way. Once I started to load the uhaul I noticed it was very slippery, I CLEANED the uhaul to discover after I unloaded my BRAND NEW DOUBLE PILLOW TOP KING SIZE MATTRESS HAD OIL stained on it. Extremely upset. Then, once I was to drop off the uhaul in Menomonie WI, the address that was given was incorrect and I was sent to the middle of nowhere, once I finally found the place, they were CLOSED!. I was hoping to use uhaul in mid September when I planned on moving out state, I may need to rethink that and go with a different company. Extremely dissatisfied. Uhaul should make this up to me by offering some amazing discounts, considering what I had to go through and the fact that my king size mattress is ruined because it wasnt cleaned out properly.

I reserved a truck at a local mpls location from noon to noon. When I arrived, I was told there was no truck available. I went online, saved a truck the next day from noon to noon. The site accepted my request. I received an e-mail steering me to u-haul location 20 miles away. Again, a garanteed reservation was not honored. When I contacted the site, I was told they were upgrading me to a 20 foot truck. I have a studio apt. I had to move the next day, so I took a taxi to pick-up the truck. Get the truck back an it is too big to fit in the loading area. I missed my move out deadline. U-haul will never get my business. A heads up to those renting.
