I originally made my reservation at your U-Haul in circle Pines went to pick the truck up at 8 AM it was closed they did not even call me back until 2:17 PM. If not for this location in new Brighton I would have not even had a truck the new Brighton location was professional, quick and good in customer service. You should tell Lee at Your Circle, Pines location to close; he wasn't even in the office when I went to make my reservation I had to go back to get him out of the body shop! He is a poor representation of uhaul!

I rented a truck and on the way to the Minneapolis location I was called and told I needed to go to a different location because the truck I rented had a flat tire. I was told that I was going to be credited 50.00 because of the increase in mileage. When I arrived to the New Brighton location and explained the situation to the representative he stated "really" and proceeded to talk about how slow his "stupid computer" was. It took a rather long time for him to locate my reservation. I asked about the credit promised by the Minneapolis rep and he replied, "I don't know what your taking about and you'll have to take it up with them." I proceeded to the truck and it was a smaller sized vehicle. I explained that I planned my move to take one trip. I was told by the rep that the truck they were giving me got better gas mileage and if I packed it properly it wouldn't make a difference. Well it did. I was late meeting my movers and they only agreed to take one trip. I had to move the remaining items myself.

Professional staff, but our 24' truck could barely start. It also had a battery charger dangling from the battery dragging on the ground till we noticed it from a trailing car.

The clerk who checked my trailer out was not very knowledgeable nor helpful. When I arrived I asked his opinion about attaching the Trailer to my 2013 Toyota Highlander and pulling a Chevy Malibu from Minnesota to North Carolina. He checked the computer for capacity but was not very confident in recommending it would be a safe drive. The next morning I called customer service to return the equipment as a in town rental. The person checking me back in to the store was the store manager and had the customer service I expected the previous day. Need better front desk confidence for the clerks hired. Sometimes it's better to recommend something from another store down the road if it makes the customer feel safer to have a smaller piece of equipment.

Need more staff to assist with customers. Location is so ideal that it was busy and there was 1 person and we had to wait and wait, however the customer service that was provided was courteous and extremely professional.

Originally, my reservations were in Blaine for a sturday 8am pick up. They called at 730 and said the truck hasn't returned. I told the id wait. 4 hours later no truck. So I make another reservation the following week. On the site it says "guaranteed reservation or 50$" no one can get back to me with my 50. Terrible customer service. I don't be back.

The attendant with the beard was rude and had comments to rebut questions to customers when picking up the vehicle. Another person I spoke with had the same experience. He should be retrained or some more customer training needs to be provided at this location. If you check the reviews on Google for this location, they are not the best.

There was only one guy working on the last Saturday of the month. He had to take care of all customers and move all vehicles. I waited over 45 minutes for service. There have to be more people working on days like this, as it was highly frustrating, both for customers and probably for the employee too.
