Nobody took the time to show or explain use of the truck. When I asked about roads trucks are aloud on all they could tell us was that trucks were not aloud on the road we traveled o to get there. When I asked how exactly we should navigate to our destination (a few miles away) they could not help at all. Being novice "truck drivers" from out of town I was disappointed in the customer service.

Clearly explain when ordering that the order is only a "wish". Explain that trailer will only be available after someone returns it. "I don't know when someone will drop it off" is not a valid response from your customer service representative. Make sure trailer lights work prior to hook up, rental, etc. This experience absolutely ruined our daughter's college graduation day. Customer service representatives at locations should be better trained and more informative.

The transmission of my particular truck seemed to have a bit of a problem, at one point while in a traffic jam, the truck did not change gears (in the lower range) all that easily.
As for the staff at the Medford location, everyone that I worked with was great - courteous, friendly, and patient, and I really appreciated that, it was great to see that your guys remained positive and happy in what must be a challenging environment with a lot of demanding customers. I will definitely continue to do business from the Medford route 16 location in the future.

This location is consistently excellent for service. The guys are friendly and quick. I never make reservations yet I still am able to leave within 10 minutes. The new paperwork w gas gauge info is very helpful too.

Everyone was amazing, as they had to correct incorrectly installed electrical wiring (by U-Haul at another location a year ago). All were extremely competent and understanding. Terrific!

Very annoyed as i called before making online reservation and was told the trailer rental was for 6 hrs - so I paid double price to go one way. When I got rental I found out it was good for 24 hrs! I said something, I was told i could still return it to renting location, but would still pay higher price as that is what I agreed to, I hope if I ever need a truck or trailer, I can find it somewhere other than U-Haul.

Front desk clerk was very polite and informative. The truck itself needed an allignment and was dangerous for me to operate once on the highway forcing me to go no more than 55 mph for safety. The associate who checked me in was so unprofessional and rude. He gave me my total which was high and I told him I gave an accurate assessment on the mileage so it should not be that high. He said its just an estimate. So I asked for my breakdown and he kept the $7 charge for blankets a secret until I said that doesn't add up. We went together to look at the blanket bag which did not have a green tag on it and I told him I did not use them and did not check for a green tag before I left because I was assured by the desk clerk it was on the bag. He looked at me like I was a liar and just stood there. I opened the bag and showed him they were untouched. I said fine I won't charge you. I explained the allignment situation to the manager and he took $20 off instantly which I thought was a poor discount for such a poor quality vehicle but I paid and left.

Was charged $40 for fuel despite refueling and returning the truck with the same amount of fuel.
Truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes.
After it was all said and done, I paid $87 dollars to drive a truck 10 miles. Thanks uhaul!

Advertising your prices so low is extremely misleading. When it says $29 and the final bill is $100, that's a deception. Be honest and more transparent with info such as every mile is an extra dollar (ridiculous) and you have to pay extra for insurance. The extra fees are a rip off when you market differently.

The manager of this location has been running a scam since he has been there. I went in with a reservation for a 24 hour rental and was told I could only have the truck for 4 hours. Only after producing the confirmation and an unnecessary amount of negative interactions and threats was I able to get what I had previously arranged. 19.99 a day is 19.99 a day not 4 hours

the trailer was a bit stinky but a few air fresheners worked but i had just put on a new wiring harness and the employee took off the protective cover and kept it. this upset me because this is how corrosion will set in
