Allow drop off to any location nearest the custers destination. I was able to do this but initially was told there would be a fee for a different drop off. I drove to the convenient location for me and they did accept it without an additional fee.

This doesn't have to do with this particular location, but the reservation process to get a location that was less than 1 1/2 hours away from my DC apartment was incredibly arduous and took at least 2-3 hours of our time navigating 5-7 customer service representatives the night before and morning of our move, despite that there are three U-Haul locations within a mile radius of my apartment and many others that are in DC.
The customer service at this location was fine, and the gentleman managing the trucks was especially friendly and helpful.

One big problem. I paid $20 extra to have U-Haul staff attach the trailer and strap it in. When I got the TN, the straps on the front wheel were NOT on. I got lucky the car didn't roll off the trailer.

I encountered rain and tunnel darkness during my rental. A brief demonstration of the vehicle's interior features (i.e., headlight and wiper functions) would have helped. Other than this, my experience was flawless from my site visit, to online reservation, to vehicle pick up and return.

I was honestly dreading having to pick up. Primarily because I have to drive across town and potentially get lost and then wait in a long line. However, while there was a line it went super quick. The woman at the counter and the man (Jake) who helped me with the truck were SUPER friendly. Definitely a no-stress, actually pleasant experience.
