All went extremely well except the long wait to deal with a customer service rep. I had an appointment to pick up a 9 ft. trailer before 12:30 PM but waited until almost 2:Pm. Of course this was a weekend rental and this was probably the cause for the long wait. ie a lot more activity on weekends.

The truck we had when you braked would vibrate a lot and felt like the front end was going to fall off. Took almost a hour to drop off the truck and check it back in.

We dropped off the truck just before 7pm and my wife's only gripe was that the lighting was pretty dim in your parking lot. Other than that your employees are extremely pleasant and we will definitely be back or recommend this location to friends.

There was a lot of confusion of where to pick up the trailer . Had to go to two locations to find it . Still could not find it and then the trailer I needed was not available and had to settle for a smaller trailer. This was the worst experience that I have had.

To be 100% honest, I did not enjoy my experience with uhaul and not sure if I will return. I have been to this location several times and was estimated at a total cost of $55 when it was said and done it was $135 plus I had to put in $35 of gas. I was considering coming back in about two weeks as I have a few other items I need to have moved. So I asked the customer service rep if there was any discount or coustomer retention to which he stated, "no, you're not special. We have people that come rent from us daily and they don't get discounts, why should you". Granted, I am paraphrasing what the rep said yesterday but nevertheless, his body language and tone in which he took with me was enough for me to make the decision to never come back. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Well maybe start with finding staff who know how to deal with people.

The tie down rails in the trailer are very difficult to use. I was pre-informed by staff (the guys were very good to deal with and quite helpful) and given tips to make life easier. Nonetheless, the small holes in the wooden rail do not accept hooks from tie down straps. Only real option is to use rope and with that, you have to struggle a bit to pass it through the rails. There must be a better system out there.

Unit should be inspected from the outside of the truck and damages identified when going through with client not just give the keys and say good bye, when mentioned the agent marked the damages.

The staff were extremely helpful getting me on the road. The equipment was poor however. The trailer tire was flat the same day that it was picked up. Tryed calling the 1800 number however I was not able to reach it. I paid for and had the tire repaired on my own.

There was one employee that was beyond rude and would not like to ever deal with her again. She was not a people person at all, but the other workers; the guys working outside to check your equipment back in were great. Plus I was supposed to do my pick up and drop off with Steinbach until this location decided to change everything without my consent.

Your employees arbitrarily cancelled my contract hours before my pick up time. I missed a phone call from you about an hour after booking my rental. Because I missed the phone call you cancelled my contract and charged my credit card. I had to re-book for a 5:15 pick up which you couldn't meet and it was re-booked again for 9:00 the next day. Your clerk also said that the contract had been cancelled at 9:00 the previous morning when I complained about my experience. Very interesting - since I did not even book it until after 10:00 am. My experience was horrible with the exception of the lady I spoke to when I called after missing your phone call. As I explained to her your staff did not tell me they would call me on my contact number to confirm my booking and if I missed the call you would cancel it. I don't know your policies and if I am not told them I cannot abide by them. I am searching for an email address to lodge a complaint.

Your staff should inspect vehicle with costumers not ny themselves.They gave me a vehicle with a previous damage that i did saw at the time when i picked up the Vehicle.Now they said am responsible for that and am really disappointed at them for not beeing honest to customers.
