We expected the lineup to hold up our move, but the line really moved fast. Keep having enough staff to make the waiting time to pickup a truck minimal. Staff were efficient and friendly. And thanks for the discount for my getting the truck back early. I had guessed my kilometrage to be higher than necessary, so that was a bonus, too. My driver was impressed with the efficiency and good service, too. He has used this U Haul store many times to help my other church friends move.

I was disappointed I couldn't rent or return the vehicle to the dealer location closest to my residence. The additional distance was an inconvenience and added cost. I was also disappointed to learn my on-line reservation and the resulting confirmation number was only an application, if I had not followed it up I would have arrived at my preferred location to learn they did not have a vehicle and that there may not have been a vehicle available anywhere at that late date. I would suggest U- Haul shuttle vehicles to where they are needed, and that you state on the confirmation it is only a request and not a confirmation of the booking.

Needing a storage unit was offered 1 month free which was nice. We had a 26' truck fill to the brim. room offered was as stated different dimentions but same size. doing my own math realized that the one unit was not bi enough. They set us up with another smaller unit. So after the foot ball field walk to the unit from the truck while unloading and packing to the brim, it is not all going to fit ..... now I have 3 units I my mind is crazy. I have never used a storage unit place before and not sure after I find a place here if I would again. I asked before i got there about drive up external units and was not offered any other location. great little set up for small things but not a whole family house. Now I am going to have to walk that mile again to move out kinda felt I didn't have any other choice. Not to mention asking for the equipment back early as they booked it out again, with no discount to my rate killed me. I dropped off the car hauler trailer 2 days early becauce they asked and I was in town so ok than I was asked if I could unload quick as they had the truck booked. Still no discount 15 hundred dollars for Moving 0 back for being good at returning it early in which the vehicals are going out again is like double dipping. I could see no discount if the truck or trailer sat in the yard but as we unhooked the trailer the other renter was right there it went right onto his truck.

I asked to rent a truck 15 ft..from the king Edward store...Over the phone....it was supposed to be from noon on the 30th of June to 4 pm on the first of July. ...The person on the phone said sure...no problem....but...when I did get the confirmation. ...it wasn't for those times....when I went to the store...and talked to the guy who took the order he basically said ...He couldn't do anything...and was Un help full. .when I pointed out the mistake again he said...I will have the manager check the phone records....that is the same as saying I was lying.....when the manager finally said he would get me a truck from regent street he said he would call me with the confirmation....This didn't happen either....I had to call myself....but it was confirmed....might be time to hold and make employees accountable for their actions and mistakes.......have to say the regent store was awesome...fast...and friendly

It took 45 minutes to just get a truck. They told us we could return the uhual to any location, which was not the case, we would have been charge an additional 240.00 because if their mistake. The uhual was great, the only part of this process that was good. Would not recommend the regent avenue location in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada to anyone. Thankfully, the customer service representative took care if everything. Hopefully my bill reflects what they told me it would be originally, their not very good at that unfortunately

The truck itself was clean and I appreciated being able to confirm my booking online. However, when I went to pick it up I had to wait a long time in line. Having more than one person working with customers in the store would be helpful as there were 3 people behind me as well. The staff member was friendly, but the wait time could be improved.

I have rented U-Haul trucks previously and was not impressed with the customer service at all this time. I have used my debit card in the past to put down the $100 deposit, in fact everytime I have rented a truck to put down the $100 deposit on the truck. The customer service reps at this location argued with me that they don't and never have accepted debit cards for the deposit on a truck, I told them yes I had every time and they argued with me up until they tried it and guess what? It worked! Perhaps the customer service reps should be more knowledgeable with their trucks and the deposit that needs to be put down! I was in a hurry that night and was there for a good half hour arguing with them about this. Then, when I went to pick up the deposit that I put down on the truck through my debit card, they said they mailed out the cheque! Again, not happy since I spoke to someone a few days prior to say I would be down there to get the refund back. Will not go back to that location unless I absolutely have to!

Person was busy with another client , was in a hurry , I had to interrrupt to get attention, there was someone else that could have assisted at the time. My overall experience was positive , the product was of good quality and performance. Cruise control woul have been a helpful feature.

First trailer had a nail in the tire and the DOT was expired. Brought it back and the employees were very apologetic and quick to get me a different trailer and on my way. Overall a good experience.

Originally was to be picked up from 390 Dawson Rd. The trailer door was jammed and could not be shut. After struggling for a while we got it to close with a screw driver. Once it was hooked up, the turn signals and break lights did not work. It was awful. They sent me to the Regent location where it went smoothly from there. Somebody definitely did not check the trailer before dropping it off at the original location.
