Saturday is a busy day for moving, yet they only have two people working. This location needs more staff for weekends.

The regent location is a good location. However when cancelling supplies I never wanted in the first place but was charged for I found it very difficult to get a refund. Customer service wasnt very helpful the first few times I called in. they said they would send of a case to have it refunded and it never was. Finally I called in again ( after 20 days) and they refunded right on there end. I'm not sure why this couldnt have been done the first timeI called in.

The issue is not with this UHAUL location. It is with UHAUL itself. I booked a trailer from The Regent location and was told it was available at that location. When I got my confirmation it was nowhere near that location and I had to drop it off at that location as well. That was about an hour out of my way.

Brake lights were intermittent as I had someone follow me and they stated they went on and off and then off. We told the attendant and he made a note of the repair.

had nothing but problems. talked to 3 different people, all promising our time. The first lady(Jordin), I repeated the order, and she said, yes. I checked conformation email like 10 mins later, she put in the wrong pick-up and drop-off time. I called back, they were closed, the guy I talked to, said I would have to call the Regent location the next day. I did, the lady said, that was done because there was not a 10 foot van available at that time. So she just confirmed my time, then went and entered any time? I spoke to someone from the head office perhaps? she assured me I would get, only a cargo van because they had nothing available, for 730am pick up time. My husband went to pick up, they had us down for a truck that cost $20 more! We were also told I didn't have to go with him, they had my credit card info, all he needed was to bring his license, well they were not going to let him take it without the credit card! Absolutely horrible experience! We will never deal with Uhaul again! very unimpressed!

Towards the end of the month, have extra staff at the front counter, there was quite a wait. Location is good and the staff very friendly and helpful especially appreciated when dealing with stressful time.

Staff was very helpful and because I had checked in early on-line, we were in and out in very short time. I would defiantly recommend to friends and family when needed. Had a couple of problems with mileage and gas readings and they were solved immediately. Thanks for the good service.

My experience was great! One of the employees even gave one of our other moving vans (not a U haul product) a boost as it stalled in the parking lot and I was given a discount because there wasn't as much gas in the truck when I picked it up as they said there would be. Very friendly staff. There were other customers that seemed unhappy but I'm fairly certain they were just miserable people to begin with.

How about having the truck I rented available. I had a confirmation number for a 14 foot truck. Ended up having to use a cargo van. And they still charged me full mileage even though it took 6 trips instead of one. Worst experience ever.

The trucks were clean but not well maintained. The first truck broke down after a 15 minute drive. The replacement truck completed the job but a warning "aux brake" light came on after 10 minutes of driving along with an annoying high pitch warning signal. Normally I would have stopped and called roadside assistance because of it, but I was not about to waste the second half of the day.

While the truck I rented was clean, the engine light was on continuously from the time I picked it up. Reading the digital dash info indicated the oil life had been exceeded. This hadn't been noted by the staff member guy that gave me the truck upon pickup. The truck did work fine for what I needed during the 24 hrs I rented it. Also, when I went to drop off the truck and settle my account, I found a very long line of people waiting in the office to either rent equipment or drop off vehicles and only ONE staff in the entire facility to assist customers. Most of us, including myself were there for 30 minutes or more waiting in line. "Jenni" was very apologetic and I applaud her for making the best of a difficult situation. She said she was the only one scheduled until closing that day. While I would recommend Jenni should receive an extra bonus for getting everyone through as best she could, I would also suggest the management of this location better schedule their staff for daily pickups and dropoffs.

Richard (1341 Regent Ave) and Ashley (461 Century St) in Winnipeg were very pleasant and helpful. Their service was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone with Uhaul call center in Arizona (Clay) was Very distasteful. They had me picking up the vehicle at a different location than promised; did not have a pick up time confirmed and were very sarcastic and rude. I didn't appreciate your customer rep. hanging up on me. For that reason, I will never again use or recommend Uhaul.

It was strange that the truck wasn't checked with us prior to finalizing the bill and us leaving the location. This may be the normal process but I found it odd.
