Turned trailer in and they did nothing--did not check the trailer, did not give me anything to show that trailer was turn in on time, basically they did nothing and the guy there has zero personality. Only good thing is place is easy to find.
I reserved the trailer online on Monday and called the dealer to verify everything was set up to pick up the trailer on Friday, all was suppose to be setup. When I arrived at the dealer on Friday no one on site knew how to do the contract. I spent an hour waiting to get the paperwork done and I was the only customer. This yaws very disappointing I had a place to be at a certain time.
They had no dollie to help move the big stuff.
Not very friendly. Did not have the equipment I ordered inside the van. If I hadn't checked, it would not have been provided

There was a HUGE lack of communication from U-haul when trying to pick up the trailer! I reserved the trailer for a location in Raleigh and didn't find out until I got there to pick up my trailer rental that my reservation had moved to another location 45 mins in a different county completely out of the way which required another 45 mins back. This was a waste of an hour and a half just to pick up the trailer. It is EXTREMELY unprofessional to not inform renters about changing their reservation!
It was a used car lot and there was only one person there. He wasn't doing anything but told me to drop off the trailer myself, and didn't offer any help.
