Synithia CMy pickup time was 9:30. The company wasn’t open and the truck wasn’t checked back in. I called the company and no response. I had to call 1/800 U-Haul and go to another U-Haul location.
Robert SEnsure the key is in the lock box for each reservation. Upon opening the box for pick up my truck, there was not key. However, a customer service agent quickly changed my reservation to another truck and lock box where there was a key. The point is that the missing key consumed 45 minutes of my time.
