Craig H | First ImpressionsMy unit was filthy. There was food on the floor, clothing from a previous tenant. Anytime anyone moves the unit should be swept and cleaned. I don't appreciate my things in filth. I didn't have a broom with me.

RICHARD S | Overall ExperienceThe reason I wouldn’t recommend the facility as it’s an older building and a single female needs to have another adult with them. Also, trying to call the facility was very difficult as majority of the time would be directed to the national line.

I did the process that was available online and submitted pictures, notified the store that I moved out but they continued to charge me for two months after I clearly moved out. When I called the store the person I spoke with was rude but when I called the manager the next day he was very polite and took care of the matter. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone I know.
