Madison B | Overall ExperienceThere was a water leak. No one called, never knew there was an issue. I went into the office, and asked. Was told they knew of the water leak, but didn't think it reached my unit. I was offered boxes, since I explained that the boxes near the door were trashed. We should have been told of water leak, and offered something for my trouble to have to re-box everything
CHRIS S | Overall ExperienceWhen we checked in for the first time the guy at the desk rushed through the instructions for us to get into the unit. It was confusing because one of the doors didn't work and there was three check in keypads. We couldn't get in when we tried and was told somebody would come and help us. Nobody came after waiting 20 minutes in the hot sun. We had to call again and it turned out the keypad was not working correctly. We were not happy with the customer service and wouldn't use this location again.
Kelly W | Overall ExperienceI appreciated the customer service! Moving in was great and the facility was very convenient for loading and unloading. However, on move-in date I complained that there was water dripping into both units. It was written off as snow on the roof and an unforeseen consequence that should resolve with the weather. This was not the case, I suspect the general humidity was too much and would often drip off rusty beams. Many of my boxes and belongings are covered in nasty rust deposits now because of it. On move out day, 5 months later, I was still seeing the same issue. I would still absolutely recommend this location to a friend for its convenient access and ease of use, but not without touring the unit before signing.
