I have been a client of this particular I-haul for almost 4 years on and off. While the staff changes all the time the most important part is that the Manager Ms. Romero is head and shoulder better than all and any storage facilities I ahev had and still have. Seeing that I work out of town alot and rent storage units all the time. She has always had compassion and a desire to work with me since day one and especially thru my family's illness which is what brought to Brownsville in the first place and they don't play games with their pricing as other companies do. I have been extremely happy with this location since day one I highly recommend this CORPORATE U-HAUL to anyone needing storage needs.

I've already moved one to another company and will be moving the other shortly. It's disappointing because your closer to my home. Also, the new company's prices are much less. I've also rented your trucks more than 8 times in the last 2 months.
