Ruben C | Overall ExperienceA storm hit the area and dumped a lot of rain resulting in the storage rooms to flood. I did not have the damage insurance and was called to check my storage. The U-Haul rep said before they opened the locker if I got damage insurance my stuff would be covered . I had 1,500 in damages and turned out my stuff would not be covered because I didn't have insurance when I got the unit. I was given false information and false hope that my stuff would get covered and I did not like that
