Nancy H | Overall ExperienceNo proper customer service was given. I stood inside for 10 minutes, was supposed to receive assistance across the street where I sat for 50 minutes. 20 of which customer service on the phone was trying to help. Completely unacceptable service.
Nabria B | Overall ExperienceI tried to return the unused boxes I bought & was told that couldn't be done without the receipt. Most people who are moving don’t have the time to keep track of unused box receipts. In my opinion -all the unused boxes could be scanned using the same bar code U-Haul uses to CHARGE people to buy them… to simply return the unused boxes Uhaul promises to buy them back If u can sell them via bar code then why cant the same process be used to return them?
