Kinda of ridiculous to say climate controlled and it’s 80 degrees in there. Like it’s only 60 outside and it’s somehow hotter in the supposedly climate controlled units. It’s one thing when it’s 100 outside but it’s almost a full 20 degrees cooler outside is again WILD you consider that climate controlled. You wouldn’t say a house has climate control and keep the thermostat at 80 degrees. Looking for another storage unit as I’m typing this I will not be keeping my stuff in an OVEN. I stepped off the elevator and literally began dripping sweat so much so I left a trail of sweat from the elevator to my unit. Also only one cart in there is ridiculous had to wait almost an hour for the one cart that’s in the building that’s probably 10,000 square feet if not larger. There should be like 10 carts with how huge this place is. They probably melted from the ridiculous heat in that building. If I come in there and it’s over that BS “range” of 45-85 I’m making all the claims I can.

Way isn't there a ramp at the door number 1 side? You have all that EMPTY old dock space.why not put up 4 walls and put a few carts maybe even get some old groceries carts in there and if customer wanted to use one while moving you could hold there drivers license .Then you get the cart back and they get their license back.Because there where 3 of us moving and only 1 cart and I was paying for movers.My time is as valuable as yours .And maybe even make a dock site so a truck could pull right up to it .All of these suggestions came because the company I used their truck didn't fit under the garage opening so one person moved things to the floor and the other person had to CARRY it to the truck because of no ramp???? Yet there is a ramp coming off the dock a little construction on your part would be helpful to a customer and a much needed item.And since you have to clean up trash people maybe throwing away why not just get a trash can NOT a big bin just a regular size can.i swept out the unit upon closing it,and no where to put the dirt from the dust pan Thank you for considering my ideas. There's never enough complimentary carts to be used , there's only one in the whole facility. So if there's 2 or more ppl there at once accessing they're storage only one of you can use a cart.

I have been a long time customer at this location and customer service today is better than ever. Property is well maintained and very conveniently located near major roads and highways. Stanley M | Overall ExperienceBay 4 garage door would not open, and all other bays were occupied. This caused me to have to sit around for 1.5 hours waiting for another customer to leave their bay. There was broken glass all over the loading bay. There was also a pile of somebody’s trash, like a 4 foot pile, next to the sliding glass doors to get into the storage units.
Christopher Y | Online Move InMy experience with the facility and the unit itself was good. I have no complaints. My experience with canceling the unit has been somewhat annoying thus the 3 star rating. I emptied the unit on 12/26/25. I also canceled the unit online through the app the same day. I uploaded pictures through the app on 12/27/25 and turned in my access keycard and showed a photo of the emptied unit to the customer rep the same day. I received a bill for the unit on 1/7/26 and a past due for the unit 1/8/26. I called uhaul on 1/8/26 stating all of the above and now the account is officially been closed. This review states that my move out date was 1/8/26. This is incorrect and does not accurately show my correct move out date of 12/26/25, which is also the day I picked up a rented uhaul truck from that facility to remove the contents of the unit (the associate that day was great). This is my experience but overall it's was a good place.
