The manager is not reasonable nor does she try to work with you at all. & so is the worker . It's always dirty and stuff leftover lingering. There's never enough complimentary carts to be used , there's only one in the whole facility. So if there's 2 or more ppl there at once accessing they're storage only one of you can use a cart.

Krista Moon (manager) and staff provide excellent customer service and support. I have been a long time customer at this location and customer service today is better than ever. Property is well maintained and very conveniently located near major roads and highways. Prices are very fair and facility is secure. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of storage space

Stanley M | Overall ExperienceBay 4 garage door would not open, and all other bays were occupied. This caused me to have to sit around for 1.5 hours waiting for another customer to leave their bay. There was broken glass all over the loading bay. There was also a pile of somebody’s trash, like a 4 foot pile, next to the sliding glass doors to get into the storage units.

My experience with canceling the unit has been somewhat annoying thus the 3 star rating. I emptied the unit on 12/26/25. I also canceled the unit online through the app the same day. I uploaded pictures through the app on 12/27/25 and turned in my access keycard and showed a photo of the emptied unit to the customer rep the same day. I received a bill for the unit on 1/7/26 and a past due for the unit 1/8/26. I called uhaul on 1/8/26 stating all of the above and now the account is officially been closed. This review states that my move out date was 1/8/26. This is incorrect and does not accurately show my correct move out date of 12/26/25, which is also the day I picked up a rented uhaul truck from that facility to remove the contents of the unit (the associate that day was great). This is my experience but overall it's was a good place.
