Timothy M | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit at SENTRY STORAGE on Paxon Ave. It was broken into at the end of October. The manager called and informed me of the break in. I asked the manager to see the cameras and was told that the cameras don't work and they were just a deterrent. I feel I was totally misled. I was told that there were 24 hour a day monitoring cameras. I think that this is nothing more than fraud. When I asked for a copy of my contract I couldn't even get that, never even got a call back. I did file a police report and was informed by the officer that this place has broken into before and he questioned why they didn't have working cameras. I will be letting everyone I know that this is not a safe storage unit.
Ed H | Overall ExperienceMy household goods hand some water damage, and the dust on top of everything was horrible. I had to use a leaf blower to clean everything as we loaded on the moving van. I would not recommend.
