Timothy M | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit at SENTRY STORAGE on Paxon Ave. It was broken into at the end of October. The manager called and informed me of the break in. I asked the manager to see the cameras and was told that the cameras don't work and they were just a deterrent. I feel I was totally misled. I was told that there were 24 hour a day monitoring cameras. I think that this is nothing more than fraud. When I asked for a copy of my contract I couldn't even get that, never even got a call back. I did file a police report and was informed by the officer that this place has broken into before and he questioned why they didn't have working cameras. I will be letting everyone I know that this is not a safe storage unit.
Ed H | Overall ExperienceMy household goods hand some water damage, and the dust on top of everything was horrible. I had to use a leaf blower to clean everything as we loaded on the moving van. I would not recommend.

Andrew B | Overall ExperienceI've had 2 different units in this facility. Everything was ok except the roof leaked on both units, damaging some of my items. When it was reported the unit manager simply explained that all storage units collect condensation moisture and that was normal. UNEXCEPTABLE. I've had other units in other storage yards and have never had anything leaking on my stuff. I will very likely never use them again unless there are no other options.
