I appreciated the clean and well maintained storage facility. The owner bent over backwards to help me and was always available by phone, even on the weekends. The prices were fair and I always felt like my stuff was safe. Thank you!

The staff were helpful only when they answered their phone and checked their messages which isn't very often and they close the gate too early and there are no security cameras at the facility even though there are signs that day they have cameras, they don't

I've had 2 different units in this facility. Everything was ok except the roof leaked on both units, damaging some of my items. When it was reported the unit manager simply explained that all storage units collect condensation moisture and that was normal. UNEXCEPTABLE. I've had other units in other storage yards and have never had anything leaking on my stuff. I will very likely never use them again unless there are no other options.

The time that I was at Sentry Storage I felt my belongings were completely safe! I enjoyed my stay there and liked dealing with Dave!

The only complaint I have is the deposit was returned to the orginal credit card used. I had to change the card to be charged during the rental period.. The card it was returned to was no longer valid as that account was closed. I don't know why the deposit wasn't sent back to the card currently being used to pay the charges on the storage unit.

I have used Sentry Storage in Butte, MT for years. Dave has always been very helpful in times of need. The billing always a no hassle, smooth transition from the start to the clean out. In these times, availability is a concern but Dave is always helpful and encourages you to call weekly to check. Always patient and Helpful. Thanks

Do not rent a storage unit from these people. No office, no help, no receipt for rent paid, units are constantly broken into, basically anything bad that could happen to your stuff does and/or will.

Overall clean. Bad ice in front of unit that could be a fall hazard. Also, door didn't fit well, and hard to get the lock to slide into place.

I liked knowing they checked my unit often. The price is reasonable and i felt secure with the lighting. The staff answered my questions and were helpful
