The guy at the Grand Ave location named Tony was very rude. I was told that I had to put enough gas in to the uhaul or else I was going to be charged "alot" so I put in enough to be safe, not really knowing how much that would cost. But when I put in more than I needed to be I was told I could not be refunded! That is so unfair. I requested it be refunded to me. Hopefully it does.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a tough move but u haul made it so easy they were all so helpful especially the ones on Harrison ave in butte old Kmart location
Cheryl M | First ImpressionsWe live about 120 miles away and had to give up the unit due to the cost of travel. Staff has always been extremely helpful and supportive. Facility is the best we have ever used. We will miss the resource.
William J | Overall ExperienceThe prices are to much. That is why I moved out can't afford it going up anytime you please. And keeping people's deposit is ridiculous, think you make enough money,.DON'T YOU THINK!!!
Sherri F | Overall ExperienceOther than the 2 big doors being broken, no complaints.
Kara M | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit and staff were wonderful. But the rent went up way too much and way too fast. We started at about $100 a month and within a year we were paying about $200. Also, when we started we had 24 hour access and after about three months we were being asked to pay additional money for the privilege of 24 hour access. It is just too expensive to rent there any longer.
Tina M | Overall ExperienceYou got a very friendly and supportive staff would help anyway possible I would recommend them to others
