I had a reservation set for my ideal move in day, but when I went to move in there was not a storage unit of the size I reserved available. It took 30-45 min of me being at the store to finally get me the storage unit I needed. The employee was helpful but it was frustrating to have a unit reserved for over a month and not have one available.

Rick was the only one that answered the first time I called and explained everything clearly and concisely. He was so patient even though so many customers needed his help. I have worked in HR for many years ..any company would be lucky to have an employee line Rick. They are few and far between! Lastly, I had to move in a hurry and Rick made it so I was able to get my things into the storage extremely easy. This made a difficult situation actually enjoyable. A huge thank you to Rick!
