Sid F | Overall ExperienceThe facility is an outdoor facility, so some of the questions in the survey do not apply, such as lighting and partly maintenance. The storage units are not insulated, so I would recommend using a tarp or something else to isolate your items from the concrete slab. The unit is tightly closed, so in almost two years there was no visible damage due to vermin. , and overall there was no great damage to my furniture. The two times I had to call the office, I never spoke to a live person, but I always got a reply soon after. I would recommend this facility if you don’t need a climate- controlled storage facility.
