NELSON C | First ImpressionsThe storage unit was excellent. However, the manager at this location was rude and disrespectful. I had rented a storage unit for a family member previously. He told my family member that the unit was cleaned out and they owed nothing. So when I tried to rent he brings out an old bill and says I have to pay $456 to rent a unit. Now grated if this money was owed why wouldn’t I get a notification that the monies were owed. So while asking questions he was rude and in professional.
