Linda L | First ImpressionsCompletely screwed me over and not only lied to me, THEY SOLD MY UNIT!!! After I had talked to a worker and had a payment arranged for Friday that was 2 days away and was told that I was fine no problem ect but then today I received 2 emails saying they auction off my items and they also want 400.00!!! I am absolutely devastated beyond devastated every single thing I own besides 3 pair of jeans and a few shirts is in that unit, I had just broke my leg and have not been able to work or walk or do anything for a few weeks and I spoke with a worker April 20th and qs well as two days ago and they were saying that I would not loose anything if I paid Friday because it was due today but I just started back working and get paid Friday so I had asked if they cold possible please give me an extension because I have not been delinquent in the past. I was told I was good to pay Friday and everything was ok... and then tonight of course after the office is closed I received 2 emails saying that its gone sold. N I owe more than I originally owed. My entire life is well was in there my children's lives baby books and my son's very very important things thar are not replaceable at all and also the worst is that my kids entire life of pictures birth certificate every single thing is gone my sister's ashes are in there (were) and di also just lost my mom EVERY Single and only things I have of her is in the unit and house hold item all my clothes.... but household items and clothes are replaceable.The things I can't replace are many children's lives.You're aggressively baby books to important documents and my sister's ashes and of my life with my mother that just passed... and all I get isn't email saying it's sold have no idea where I have no idea why or how , after I was told it would not be , I can not stop 😢 crying and I am so beyond depressed and upset I truly am heartbroken and very very upset about being lied to and not been told the truth and then Not called or anything to say ohvwere gonna sell it anyway. Nothing!!!! Shane in you guys all of you!!!!

When we picked up the truck, Margaret, the receptionist, marked the fuel as quarter filled. When we checked, it was empty. She tried to fix it by calling managers or whatever. She cant fix it. But we took a video and photo for proof. She signed the receipt that it is in fact empty fuel. She adviced us to just return it same as empty. We returned the truck at poughkeepsie with the fuel as more than a quarter. The guy there checked it and we have a photo and video for that. BUT STILL WE WERE CHARGED 21 dollars. I called the Elmira branch and spoked with MARIAH. She is not nice at all. She did not fix the issue. But instead,She argued with me and never listen to me but instead raised. her voice on me. She claimed thats not there fault but the system and the other branch fault. But the fact she is rude to me is very unacceptable. She needs training to respect a customer that is disappointed coz of their mistakes BUT denied it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH. They lie and very RUDE especially MARIAH. THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE ACTIONS ON THIS ESPECIALLY MARIAH. Because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE
