I was here for several years at this location first time I came back to check on my things it was just horrible somebody had cut a hole in the very top of the the side of the wall where you can see they were trying to break in I was never notified about that a lot of my stuff on the inside got damaged I never got a reply or response from that I still can't make a payments on it and then we got a new manager and it's like all things just went cattywampus so after I was notified of a fire I just happened to call and see what someone else and they told me about the fire I was asked to come and verify if any of my things were damaged I was never able to get down there I end up getting sick and going in the hospital couldn't make any payments they called me 6 months later and told me that I was 6 months behind how inconvenient is that 6 months later but they said that they have been sending me emails but you also have my phone number call you called to tell me that I was 6 months late but you couldn't call me to tell me that I was 30 days late how inconvenient so when I told them I couldn't make the payments they told me that they were put in my stuff up for auction and then they waited another 4 months to tell me that it was still on hold because the auctioneer or whoever they are were so booked.... Make it make some type of sense Tell for almost a year there was not a payment made you guys contacted me and said that I was over $4,000 in debt and that I needed a pad or my auction are you guys were going to auction off my unit I told you guys do what you had to do but the inconvenience of the fire I should have some type of compensation I was told none of yourself was damaged how do you know did you go in my unit??? So no I don't like the storage unit it was horrible when I first moved in there I'm out of state unable to make it back they sold my things and now they're sending me an email telling me that I moved out I did not move out I did not move out so whoever moved my stuff out let's have let's figure this out together cuz it wasn't me

A tenant who had a unit next to ours was allowed to live there fell a sleep with a cigarette so they say. We lost everything in our unit to a fire. Maintenance/facilities guy could could hardly walk had trouble getting in out of his truck let alone take care of the place. Would not recommend this storage facility to my worst enemy
