When I got there they said the unit it was not available and gave us a smaller unit instead. Why would you book something that isn't available now I have to find another place that is big enough thanks for the trouble!

I only had myself to unload my family's uhaul load, but due to the easy access was able to accomplish the job in about 2 hours.
