James P | Overall ExperienceI liked the facilities, access was 24/7 which fit my needs with a gate code. Staff was only available during regular business hours and not on weekends. Administratively, the crew was not up to speed on information, and didn't have the rules straight. It depended on who was working as to answering any questions about my rental agreement.

Peg C | Overall ExperienceAll was five stars, except that the ENTRY and exit GATE codes were sometimes slow to respond. The electric gate can take a long time to open up. The owners may wish to leave a phone number inside the complex to call off hours in case of gate malfunction. Otherwise, AAA Storage was a clean, very nice self storage complex at an excellent location.
