How U-Haul Reviews WorkHe was pleasant and answered all my questions
ROSEMARY S | First ImpressionsSuch a trash location and what horrible customer service lol. Embarrassing that a company as big as uhaul hires employees who don't know what TF they are talking about half the time or giving the wrong information to people.
ROBERT C | Overall ExperienceThe sign outside said $79 month. But they said sign was wrong and it was $99. Then my contract after I signed said $114. I did talk with Monica the branch manager who said nothing she could do. So I'm not happy that I lost the 2nd month free or that $79 unit ended up costing $114. Could I get a district manager to call me at [redacted]. Thank you!
