The former manager opened my unit them failed to closed it properly,when I visited my unit,it turned out he moved some of my stuff yo another unit w/o permission and charged me for women units,my items were destroyed.The new manager is useless, very arrogant.If she work for me she would had been dismissed.

The only reason I’m not presssing charges is because they are a low life and I don’t have the time to show up in court on the cape. 10 out of 10 would not recommend storing anything there.

GREGORY B | First ImpressionsThe pick up was great Chris at the West Yarmouth location was really helpful. The issue is that on a previous rental I had. I ask for a one was rental to move my family. I Did so and drop off the vehicle. Only to get charged for a wrong location drop off fee of $213.62 before I was able to use the service again. The issue is I didn’t make the mistake. Ik what I asked for. The manager at the Hyannis store did. After calling and trying to come to an understanding he was not helpful had an attitude towards me the entire time telling me it’s my fault. I tried calling the district manager with the number provided with not help. As a MANAGER He should should’ve provided the necessary information or make sure the information he’s imputing was accurate. Now me a customer had to pay for his mistake. I’m totally disappointed I’m how this issue was resolved and I feel like a big company like this wouldn’t allow poor management to take advantage of their system.
