We recevied a free storage unit for a month for renting a uhaul truck. I thought it would be pretty straight forward, but it was kind of a pain. First off, there is not security at this facility at all. It tells you to input a code, but there is not gate or anything. You can go in and out freely. Yes, there is a spot for the code to be inputted, but you can just as easily drive through it so it is not secure at all outside of the lock on the unit. Adding to that, our "free" month was charged to our account for now reason. We moved out 5 days before the next "rent" was due, submit the move out request and then 5 days later they tried to charge us. Even after we went back and saw they had already put a new tag on our locker. I had to call customer service 3 separate times unnecessarily.
