Daniel M. | Overall ExperienceEveryone was great, friendly and courteous except the guy that was on Tuesday 10/10/2023 late afternoon when I called after being there earlier in the day. This guy was very rude and acted like I didn’t know anything and told me that the rental unit I have did not exist and I told him I was there earlier in the day and was actually in the unit??? It is 2023 and I was being degraded because I am a woman. It went on a little while longer while I was asking about my U-Box that was delivered from Florida and he continued to contradict me every other sentence. I ended hanging up on him. I went in Wednesday October 11th and what a difference, the workers were excellent and were truly caring and so helpful.

Idio D. | Overall ExperienceThe facility itself is clean and seems safe and the staff was AMAZING! My one negative is that it took FOREVER to unload our truck because the units we got were as far away as possible from the unloading zone we had to use. We were told the indoor unloading area would not be tall enough for U-Haul's 26-foot truck, which resulted in a 2-minute walk to get from the truck to the unit. We spent almost 2 hours just walking back and forth to the units. I wrongfully assumed that all of the unloading areas at a U-Haul storage facility would accommodate U-Haul-branded trucks, which made for a drawn-out and unfortunate unloading process.
Anna K. | Online Move InI returned the storage at the month mark, before new month started and I was still charged for the new month, when I have mentioned to one of the representatives at the store, the I was moving out before the new month, them when I called I was put on hold for 40 min and them the call was drop. Finally was able to put a complaint to find out the I have to wait 72 hours to get an answer.. not good..
SAMUEL M. | Overall ExperienceI ordered my unit online because your system was down and couldn't speak to anyone. I get to the facility after hours and couldn't gain access to the facilityor my unit. In the instructions there was no procedure give as to how to use the access code. There is a sign on the building that states you need a swipe card to gain access after hours. This I found out was not true. If you use key pad on the right then the one on the left it will open. Sitting on the phone and speakin g with customers service , why wouldn't the rep ask us to try this procedure first. Instead all my belongings had to sit in the back of trucks exposed to the weather and being stolen. Bottom line I was beyond upset
