My only suggestion would be to have possibly 1 day a week with longer or adjsuted office hours for those that can not make it during the standard hours. However when calling and speaking over the phone it was proptly answered and the office staff is great.

When I got there, I was told you can't reserve online and the 15 x10 unit was gone so I had to get a 20x10 for the added cost, less $10.00 for my troubles. if you aren't allowed to reserve online then that needs to be removed from the site and a notice saying, "to reserve a unit or space, please call......" If I had known that, I would of called and got what I wanted.
