I reserved a storage unit online. Confirmation #1026853-00103082. When I got there, I was told you can't reserve online and the 15 x10 unit was gone so I had to get a 20x10 for the added cost, less $10.00 for my troubles. if you aren't allowed to reserve online then that needs to be removed from the site and a notice saying, "to reserve a unit or space, please call......" If I had known that, I would of called and got what I wanted.

We decided it wasn't worth risking damage to our RV. Everything else about the storage was nice. If the road was wider or maybe the lots more on an angle it would have worked. We would love to be in the first row where the road is wider. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
