We were nothing but pleased with the inside storage unit we had. I believe we used it for 10 years and it was always clean, well lit and we never found any spiders or critters! The security to get in and out is great and we never worried about our items we stored there. Also, the staff are cheery and helpful! I always recommend this storage facility when someone asks for a recommendation!

I've used both climate controlled and outdoor units, each with 24hr access so I was never inconvenienced. Now that I have a motion picture studio, I plan to return in the future to store larger set pieces and bulky lighting equipment. Being so close to I-75 makes it easy to get in and get out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly steady and consistent. I've dealt with Karen for many years and appreciated all the solutions she's provided.
