I spoke with an agent regarding a billing issue. I was very pleased with the help I received from the agent (I do not remember his name unfortunately). The problem was corrected very quickly. I have found the entire team at this location to be very helpful with any of my questions. Keep up the good work! I will be using this location again.

RALPH M | Overall ExperienceMost of the desk people seemed like they could care less about what they were doing. It wasn't as if they were angry or anything, they just were not what I would call friendly. The remote fob I was finally given, after asking for a month didn't work. The counter person's response...huh. Asked about the move out procedure before it was time, they never mentioned taking a picture of the inside. Had to return to my locker (couple of blocks away) and take a picture. Also, the gate was EXTREMELY slow. As to what was good, the storage area was in good condition.
