I informed Holly I was moving out of the location and as in previous years, she verified with the camera and funds were prorated however this year, she claimed she would not refund the prorated amount because she didn't receive an additional call. Additionally, there are only two moving carts and someone locked a cart in their unit. A storage unit that big, should have more than 2 carts.
