I would like to express my appreciation to the representative in Albany. I don't know his last name, but his first name is Jarrell. He was everything one could hope for in customer service; friendly, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you Jarrell!

The truck we had shook very hard after 40 miles, I recommend every 2 weeks a worker take larger truck and drive a good 15 mins going 40 miles, it felt like tire was about to jump off!

My reservation was with another dealer at 615 oglethorpe. Got there early and they were trying to jump start the truck. After waiting 30 min...I asked how much longer. They just kept saying to wait. After 45 minutes I got fed up and told them to get me a new truck. Drove down to 820 oglethorpe and they didn't have a 26 ft. Ended up with a 20 ft truck. Then they helped 2 other new customers before closing me out. I finally got a truck 1 1/2 hours later. All of this caused me to be late meeting my moving help and cost me 70 bucks. Extremely poor service at both locations.

I gave you all my car registration card. When I returned your truck. You all could not find my registration card. I need it. Do not mail it, I will come by and pick it up today or call me at 229-364-7496.

Upon return my bill came up to 3 days rental when I had it less than 48 hours. When I told the young man I wasn't paying for 3 days when I had it less than 2 he told me the handheld device wouldn't let him change it. He went inside and came back with a receipt for 2 days. He was courteous, but initially made me feel like I needed to pay it regardless. He told me he understood my concern, but wasn't confident he could fix it. Again he did fix it, but I don't understand how the initial receipt was wrong.

Absolutely nothing my overall experience was poor! My truck was rented out even though I had made reservations because the previous driver took the truck to the wrong location. The young lady at the counter had no compassion for my situation only after I become upset did she try to help me. She was clueless! The truck drove bad. I paid all of the money for poor service. The only good thing was the fifty dollar credit I get back for there service. I will never use the u-haul services again!!!

I was charged for 2 days rental when I only had the rental for one day. Upon retrurn of the truck there were several people in front of me. When my turn came around she checked the truck came back in and informed me the gas had was not far enough over 1/4 of a tank and asked did I want to put more gas in it to avoid the 30 dollar charge. I accepted this and put another 15 dollars worth of gas in the truck and returned it. At that time she checked the truck in and told me the amount due. When I questioned the amount I was informed that it was because i was 30 mins late getting checked into the computer even though initially I was on time. I will not be renting from this store any longer.

I was charged $92 extra because they are saying I was missing 6 furniture pads. However they were there in the truck when I returned it at 6:50pm on Saturday 10/4/14. The staff had already locked the door to the business and was walking to their vehicles when I arrived. They store is supposed to stay open until 7pm. I asked a worker that was walking to his car what was I supposed to do seeing as they have decided to close early without checking me in. He said "Drop the key and contract in the drop box, we will do it tomorrow and you won't be charged for anything extra". Well it is common knowledge in this town that Uhaul is always having things stolen from their trucks, including gas. I can't help it that the employee's decided to knock off work early instead of working until 7pm and doing a proper check in of my truck. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Have some honest and trustworthy employees. They rented me a truck with no gas, and now are charging me for fuel. They said that the truck had to be back at 8pm and that they would be closed and to lock the truck and put the key inside the night drop, did that just as they stated, now they are charging me for a late return. A company will prosper when it doesn't lie or cheat the customers. I am sure that the the owner of the company business intentions were to cheat the customers to build the company. And I am sure that whoever reads this is probably feeling like my voice doesn't matter, but it is sad that you all strive on lies to prosper. And pulling money from someones account without authorization or even having the courtsey to call and try and resolve the problem is truly distasteful, unheard of, and very poor business. I would never reccommend U-Haul to anyone and I feel sorry that you all feel your business practices are correct. Very disappointed in your company values.
